Asana Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The customization and features it gives our team to organize individual projects

Some rules are hard to figure out when setting up

It is helping our team all be on the same page with different projects
Change is Scary, Asana isn't!
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes this very easy, it's self-explanatory but also has the potential to do very big things in the system! That's what I like!
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike the most about Asana is that theirs a lot out there and I feel as if I need to search pretty hard to find out all the things it can do!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us stay communicated while also being on top of our own things going on!

I love Asana because it keeps our team on track and sends me remidners of what is due when. It is a great platform to organize the multiple tasks within a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a learning curve at first. It's easy to just create "to-do" lists but once you figure out all the amazing features that Asana has- it really is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is keeping our projects on track and helps us ensure that we are aligned with the scopes of work for each project that we are working on.

There are a lot of different pieces to Asana that can get confusing, or lose track of certain tasks.

Asana Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like the collaboration features in Asana and the ability to attach documents to particular tasks. Use of Asana at our nonprofit has enabled greater collaboration across the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenges of some team members not adopting Asana as our project management tool -- this is an organizational challenge rather than a downside of the actual software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us organize our individual and team tasks to support more streamline project management across our organization.
Managing personal and professional projects all in one space
What do you like best about the product?
Having a place to put all the thoughts, to-dos and the stuff that has been done. Also the generation of due dates and having a dashboard that shows me all the projects I am working on in one spot. Love being able to delegate tasks without having to make a call or send an email.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are soooo many different ways you can do things. Options are almost overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana provides visibility to all involved in a project of what is going on, what is needed, deadlines-all without calls and emails. The one true source of information!
Asana is a helpful work collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Makes organizing and collaborating within a organization much easier. Helpful tool when many people are involved in the various aspects of a task and you need to have each part done before the next can be completed. Timeline feature is super helpful for getting the larger scope of a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the customizatin tools are behind a pay block, and learning to navigate can take a minute to learn/understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team coordination on large projects.
Effective Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana allows for very efficient project management. It also works terrific for personal to-do lists, and allows you to integrate with other software. For instance from an email I receive in outlook, I can create a task on my to-do list. I can also easily set start dates, finish dates and assign the task as delegation needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the downsides have to do with customization. This is not intutive. The way to customize columns and actions are not always in the same place. It would also be fantastic if there was a way to color code the list tasks by month or personal priority.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in a digital workspace and are attempting to be green. This allows us to be in constant contact about projects without seeing each other. It also provides a way to track work without the need for paper.
Just getting started, but seems great!
What do you like best about the product?
I'm just onboarding with Asana but it seems like a fantastic tool to stay organized personally and with greater teams. It is an intuitive tool that I don't belive will require a heavy uplift in order to begin using regularly.

Nothing yet. I am just beginning to learn features, but so far so good.

Asana is helping increase visibility and team collaboration.
