Amazing and excellent tool for project collaboration within team
What do you like best about the product?
I want to call out the standout feature of the this product and that is it app based which can be used as browser which helping me opening multiple projects tasks in different tabs simultaneously.
Easy to create and manages task.
Customisation of projects and tasks features are there.

What do you like best about the product?
I am super excited that Asana offers live workshops to assist brand-new users like me. During my training, the trainer was friendly, funny, and engaging, making the lesson even more memorable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until I can master the notifications (because I believe I have control over those), I receive entirely too many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Getting all my tasks in place is amazing. 2. Collaborating with others on tasks is so much easier through Asana as it keeps individuals more accountable. 3. Asana helps me capture all communications around a single task/project in one place.
User-friendly and fun project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Intuitive UX that's designed to make tracking and collaborating on projects easy for every member of the team. Also, the rainbow unicorn!

I haven't really had any complaints, onboarding is easy and there are a lot of resources to help you along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Marketing project management and collaboration. Making dependencies and timelines clear and transparent for everyone.
ASANA is one of the best tools for organization and communication
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Asana is that it can do so much, meaning it can take the place of communications via Teams, Outlook, gmail, and it can also take the place of task lists, sticky notes, reminders, and alerts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the least helpful thing about Asana is not being able to change date formats, and not having a general file repository for each project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has solved our software licensing and IT onboarding issues by allowing us to track all our software licenses and get alerts when we need to renew or cancel them as well as allowing us to track all the details for each license within that license task.
It has solved other issues like having our whole team in IT be able to track new laptop upgrades and new employee orientations.

Asana is an outstanding tool for organizing and the.support they offer is one of the best from the software providers we use.
There are definitely best practices on using this software and from beginner to expert the team is wonderful with making it work for your needs and company vision.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Asana functions and constant updates provide users with great features to stay up to the time with department and company needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an enablement department we have constant projects in rotation and Asana helps us stay organized and also have visibility to tracking progress related to company goals

Fantastic organisational tool
What do you like best about the product?
This tool helps me organise my workload and simply communicate tasks and projects with team members and Managers. It is straightforward to use and really helpful in adding a level of organisation to my work.

Nothing as if yet. I am a new user and have not yet discovered any dislikes

Fun and easy project management software
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is one of the 3 main enterprise project management tools I've used (the others are Adobe Workfront, and Atlassian Jira) . I love how intuitive the product is and how the layout, design, and even fun elements (like a unicorn dancing across the screen celebrating completion of tasks). I attended one of the live trainings and the support experience was fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of the three project management systems that I've used the edge that Jira offers is that it includes a process flow that you can follow along. Asana is set up to support waterfall and agile projects but doesn't offer that visual of how a team should hand off work within a project lifecycle.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team was previously using QUIP to track project deliverables across screens. While that approach is somewhat functional it's very rudimentary and doesn't really provide the right level of visibility into overall project status or offer the ability to filter out or retain information in the ways that we need for adherence to goals and SLAs.
Easy to use and understand.

Users friendly and easy to organize projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
The date is so flexible so it would be good if there is the estimation date and finish date. The estimation date must not be change while the finish date is flexible to be kept when the task is finished.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been widly used in my organization, as a project team member so I have to learn it. I am not sure that it may help the project manager to manage the project well.
