Asana helps create clarity in team coordination by keeping everything aligned in one place. It’s straightforward to assign tasks, track updates, and stay on top of work, so there’s less need for constant follow-ups or unnecessary back-and-forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
Task dependencies and timelines can feel tricky to manage for more complex projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me organize my daily tasks and campaign work in a clear, structured way, so I can track progress without needing constant follow-ups. I use it to manage priorities, stay on top of what needs to happen next, and keep everything moving according to schedule.

Asana is a comprehensive project management suite - I feel the project management side differentiates it.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must define you architecture and set up very well up front. Not doing that risks messiness.

Project management across diverse Marketing teams, OKR tracking, C-Suite summary reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
You can do a ton of differennt automatations with asana. It allows our team to complete projects on time!
What do you dislike about the product?
When someone leaves, it can be difficult to know which workflows are assigned to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its working on the backend for us to amke sure our projects are moving forward!

The choice of software is immense, including some useful and intriguing AI options. Everything is also neatly organised by category, making specific options easy to find.

The wide variety of options can be overwhelming.

Seamless Worksite Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I love the integration with Google Workspace because it creates seamless workflows. I appreciate that the top-tier paid program isn't needed to access the integrations, which keeps our work in one system rather than siloed programs. It's also great that our data can communicate with each other. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I have no concerns with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana eliminates redundancies, additional spreadsheets, and reduces meetings. The integration with Google Workspace creates seamless workflows, keeping our work in one system and allowing our data to communicate.

It is easy to assign tasks to others in the company, organize tasks within specific areas to ensure we stay on schedule, and see collectively what the team is working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit troublesome trying to assign tasks to multiple places.

It is allowing my team to keep documents in one central location!

What do you like best about the product?
Task Assigment for projects or events. Assigning subtask and team members.

Sometimes in a thread if you do not label it well in each section it can be difficult to find latter.

They have added features recently to help with responding more efficiently within the project your are colaborating on.
Intuitive and Structured, but with Necessary Improvements in the Mobile Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I organize myself better with Asana thanks to its column task mode, which allows me to have the information more structured. I also enjoy the documentation within each task, as I can attach information and maintain complete traceability. The initial setup of Asana was very simple because it is quite intuitive and its initial mode is very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile interface is not as intuitive as the desktop view. I have to keep moving the screen more frequently to see all the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I organize myself better with Asana thanks to its column task mode, keeping my information more structured. Additionally, I can attach documentation and track within each task.
Facilitates Team Communication, Needs Better Task Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana helps communicate with other team members. I appreciate that you can create a due date and work asynchronously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to create new tasks for everything and sometimes I lose or forget tasks. I want help prioritizing or seeing when tasks aren't recurring tasks but one-offs I might miss. It was ok, just hard to learn so much new.

Asana helps me communicate with other team members and work asynchronously by setting due dates.
