Easy to administer Advanced Email Protection
What do you like best about the product?
Set up was extremely easy and we were walked through it step by step with Proofpoint experts. Some of our other IT providers have simply said 'here you go' and we have had to figure it out. Proofpoint walked us through it and continues to walk us through any questions or modifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a couple different portals and sometimes it can be confusing. I think for the most part we only use one and will likely forget the others or lose access to those accounts
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem we are solving is removing the Business Email Compromise issues we encounter. We had been seeing a lot of emails pretending to be our CEO asking for gift cards and more importantly one of our HR vendors asking for some documentation

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint provides industry leading tools that help protect our end users. This is through both email security and cybersecurity education. Proofpoint delivers one platform to manage and protect our end users and gives IT the necessary tools to combat email threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't easy to pull executive-level summaries and reports. Creating cyber security campaigns can be a bit challenging at times as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Protecting our email at the primiater. Proofpoint also gives us tools to send Phishing simulations to our end users which provides guidance on what to look out for in all cyber security threats.

What do you like best about the product?
Secures our environment and user base. Helps keep the bad actors from reaching our user's mailboxes using its sophisticated email protection system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smart search can be a little clunky and takes some getting used to. There is a learning curve to understanding the filters and how to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Properly pulls bad emails before it reaches our user base. In today's age, this is critical to protecting your company and securing your IT environment.

What do you like best about the product?
Proofpoint Email Security reducted the number of emails that reach our end-users by more that 75% which reduces the chance of a malicious email being opened.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and search feature both work, but could be improved to make them more user-friendly and robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduce the number of malicious and SPAM emails that reach out end-users.

What do you like best about the product?
Self-service for digests by end users is a fantastic feature. Quick and easy to block and release email. Trace functionality is easy to use. Connectivity of the app is quick and easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the interfaces can be combined into a single pane of glass. Too many interfaces seem disparate. There are times that mails get quickly quarantined and released emails sometimes are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Blocking of Phishing and Spam.

It's a solid product that does what is advertised.

Documentation for Google Workspace is extremely lacking. We had issues at go-live due to conflicting documentation. P1 support took 45 min to get a resource.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a breadth of tools that can be purchased and utilized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The amount of tools are plentiful, but there is no easy way to navigate to them from a portal, dashboard, or otherwise. They're all separated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It protects our users from malicious emails and offers customization in alerting.
Great product with excellent scalability and coverage
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product with multiple modules that have all been integral in performing my job duties as an Incident Response analyst in a fortune 500 company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to block based on keywords.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trap and Tap integrations make email security easy, with retroactive quarantines of messages that were scanned and flagged as malicious. Great methodology.
Essential Cybersecurity tool to keep your users protected at the front door!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation, very little administration/upkeep required, very effective at stopping phishing threats, very engaged account team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features I would consider essential are only offered for a premium, and overall the product is a little pricey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Block malicious emails and phishing threats to enhance the quality of our Cybersecurity program. Also reduces spam.

Ease of use compared to similar products, it detection and reporting

Features can be very granular, and similar options throughout the suite

The major fact is that you don't need a large team to run the product
