Affordable for small to mid size companies. Easy to implement and easy for end users to use

Not very customizable. Can't stop mail bombs. Limited filter selections

What do you like best about the product?
Several integrations in the email security space. TAP and TRAP products in use for post deliverable activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Scancloud attachment scanning system has had several outages over the past year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Spam and malicious email filtering at the perimeter accompanied with TAP and TRAP products for post delivery investigation and actions has significantly impacted the threats we see.

Proofpoint is the only real choice.

Proofpoint Email Protection is the first line of defence for all our email traffic. This normally would be a heavy lift, with proofpoint this makes protecting emails a whole lot easier.

There are no draw backs to having proofpoint protection for email.
