A Reliable Partner for Personalized App Experiences
What do you like best about the product?
At Fitatu, we’ve been working with Insider for nearly two years now, and it’s been a valuable part of how we communicate with our users. What we’ve appreciated most is how flexible and thoughtful the platform is — it adapts to how we want to work, not the other way around. The team behind it has also been great at supporting us when we’ve wanted to experiment or go beyond the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex at first, especially when setting up more custom scenarios or experimenting with new use cases. Fortunately, the support team has always been helpful in guiding us through these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider primarily for in-app and push notification campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation, which helps us improve user engagement and retention in the app. It also allows us to set up automated journeys that support onboarding, bring back inactive users, and run seasonal or promotional campaigns in a smooth and non-intrusive way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics/reporting can be more user friendly.For example, as of now, Architect analytics only allow me to export 1 Goal and 1 Report type at one time. Would be great if there's different layers to choose when exporting reports & have them in 1 file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active customer retention is our top metric at TuneTalk. Our customer data is consolidated into one actionable view using CDP and also powered personalisation across the site. Though we are creating and automating cross-channel strategies that can keep our users engaged, Insider helps us to continue being cost-efficient and self-sufficient. Architect and Email tools have empowered us to operate smarter without depending on agencies.

Impressed with Insider's real-time segmentation capabilities. Using attributes like affinity, engagement, and actions we personalized our campaigns in comparatively less time. Using Omnichannel journey orchestration, we find customer-focused thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more Smart Recommender configurations, like badge application independence.

We always prioritize customer engagement and retention. We achieved this by reaching out to customers via customized email, web push notifications, and SMS. Manually defining every custom attribute was a hassle. An automated process would’ve made it easier.

We sometimes can’t keep track of the latest updates, but the account management team always helps us leverage tools at their best.

While our overall experience has been very positive, at times there can be minor delays in implementing new features or customizations. However, the team is always open to feedback and works diligently to address any concerns quickly, which we really value.

Some documentation of more technical processes does not reflect the actual steps, which can cause confusion. Many of these processes are more complex than they appear.
