Quite possibly one of the most complicated and annoying pieces of software available.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows us to remote into a workstation on our network. It allows us to push updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever I need to get into Endpoint Central (I'm going to call it DTC, because the name Endpoint Central is dumb), it's logged out. I have to log in again, which takes me too long. When I do finally get logged in, before I can search for a workstation, I'm interrupted by popups that have to be cleared. This is infuriating.
The interface is not well layed out. There is too much information fighting for my attention when I'm just trying to search. What I want to see is a list of all of the devices that DTC knows about, organized by type. I want to be able to click on one of them and do common commands like "remote into" or "push software out to" or something. I don't mean the stupid little green dropdown either. If I get that and it's at the bottom of the page, then it pops below the bottom edge of the page. This forces me to scroll, which adds more barriers between me and what I want to get done.
The remote window works great with a single window that matches the shape of the monitor that I'm using. Unfortunately, most of our stations have anywhere from 1 to 6 monitors. The default view is to try and fit the screen to my screen. That makes text really hard to read when my 1080p monitor tries to read a vertical 4k monitor. Displaying the actual size is more useful, but is a giant pain because of how the view port automatically moves around based on the position of my mouse. How about you let me control where I'm looking rather than trying to guess?
I hate having to use this product.
Also? This survey is poorly designed graphically. Having input boxes above the fold is important, I understand that, but piling things up horizontally and putting the next button on the bottom where your instinct is to press it is dumb. Pile everything vertically. Do the same with DTC. Put your buttons at the bottom so we know to scroll down.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a duplicate question from the first page. I use it to remote into systems and push out software.
Endpoint Central has all of the features we needed in an easy to use format
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central has many useful features that do not require a ton of time to get up to speed with. The layout is very intuative and easy to use. It pulls all the information one could need regarding the endpoints. If you do get into a bind, their support is usually very responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly speaking, there are not a lot of downsides to Endpoint Central that I could speak of. Obviously, it is not the cheapest solution out there but you do get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central has helped us to keep track of all our endpoints as well as get live status and health readings on them. It also allows us to remotely connect and even patch them.
Endpoint Central Review
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is an excellent endpoint security management platform that provides a comprehensive set of features and a user-friendly experience. The platform's real-time threat detection and incident response tools make it an ideal solution for organizations looking to enhance their endpoint security posture. However, the platform's pricing may be a bit steep for smaller organizations, making it more suitable for medium to large enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing of the platform is expensive, which may limit its accessibility to smaller organizations with tighter budgets. Additional guidance or documentation is required for users to easily understand the product.

Great software suite with a full set of features!
What do you like best about the product?
Is is a full featured software suite that is easy to configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The remote control sofware is lacking in some of the potential functionality it could have compared to competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It consolidates functions and features that we were going to multiple sofwares for originally. It integrates well with Service Desk Plus which we use for helpdesk ticketing as well!
Excelente Experience with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Is so easy to use, Set Up restrictions on endpoints is wo easy. Obtain all issue of all devices and Operative Systems, to install software, patches etc, is so easy, I love ManageEngine Endpoint Central, because, you can deploy a lot of polices so fast, and is so easy to lear about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unic think that I think Endpoint Central should be improve, is setup Wallpapers on MAC and Linux inmediatly without restart the machine, but the rest is awesome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finally I have a complete inventary about my devieces, I can deploy software so fast, set polices so fast, and manage help desk so easy.
Nice application to Manage endpoints.
What do you like best about the product?
Patch management and Software installation service is a lifesaver. Patch management has an additional feature, like automatic approval. Select Patch and select the implementation time and your patch will be installed at your specified time.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have a limitation in terms of installation, as some of the software are not added to the repository. If you have the MSI file, it is easier, but if you have the EXE file, then you need to get the exact switches, which sometimes is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Manage Engine Desktop Central, helping me in making Patch management a smooth process. I can now assign my Teammates to implement Patch in the Organization. Meanwhile, I can have plenty of time to do other Important work.
Good for mix environment
What do you like best about the product?
Good for mixed environments where users are windows, mac, and Linux.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yet to find any or come across one......
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint management especially for now in the remote work era.
So far, so good
What do you like best about the product?
We are only 2 months into usage, but have found that most of what we would expect from a product such as this is fullfilled. Alerts for specific conditions are good enough to prompt further investigation. Inventory goes fairly broad and deep with comments allowed for many items.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would prefer the admin interface to be much more customizeable. Being able to reorganize menus and submenus/items or have favorite menus would be very helpful. Currently, only the main menu order can be changed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously we had no idea what was going on with endpoint usage. In general, upgrades and problem prevention were inadequate and usually non-existent. We can now take a more proactive and more efficient approach to maintaining endpoints.
Amazing Product that checks all the boxes!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Single pane of glass that can replace a lot of one-off tools. Drastically increases efficiency and productivity. Excellent ROI just in labor, not to mention the cost savings of eliminating multiple other tools that Endpoint Central replaces.
What do you dislike about the product?
Software deployment feels a little clunky compared to PDQ. Feels like you have to click several times to deploy a software package to a single device.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central is replacing multiple tools that we are currently using in our environment. Not only is this a cost-saving, but it has drastically increased the efficiency of our techs. The ability to have everything in a single pane of glass instead of having to open and manage from multiple tools allows our techs to respond and resolve issues in a much more expedient matter, providing faster and more efficient service.
Its very amazing and so much enjoy
