Excellent Endpoint Security and Management Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central allows us to centrally manage and secure our users' workstation and servers from the cormfort of our desks. With the new Ransomware detection feature, we are able to instantly detect and kill any processes that could present ransomware on devices from a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
The errors displayed on the agent summary page after pushing agent via Endpoint Central are not that detailed. We have a really tough time troubleshooting the errors and root causes. If they could provide more precise details about why agent installation failed, it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enpoint Central has assisted us with the following
1. Full Control of our workstations (remote command executions and initiating RDP sessions easily)
2. Third Party software deployment and patching
3. Giving users options by publishing softwares and patches on the self-serviceportal
4. Instant notifications about our workstation.

Received too many email alrerts when any apps received and install updates.

Network Drive Mapping in User Profile and Patch Management. We get almost every inventory from Endpoint Central after format system.

Endpoint central makes managing and monitoring your local and remote endpoints simple and easy.
From emergency software deployments, to patches and system updates, you can manage it all from a central location.

What do you dislike about the product?
Endpoint central allows you to create configurations to install multiple applications on groups of computers. It would be great if the software packages in these configurations could be automatically updated, that way the config remains up to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the issue of managing multiple client/computers. There's enormous time savings in being able to push out updates, applications, configurations and provide support to all workstations in your network, and also monitor the progress on these respective tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Patch management is one of the features that we use the most because it helps us to have our system with the latest security updates applied.
What do you dislike about the product?
An EDR is not included, including it would be a big plus

Creating security policies, blocking the use of usb and keeping our systems with the latest security patches are some of the benefits we have with Endpoint Central
