Effortless Deployment, High Cost
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vercel just works. It makes storing data in buckets and Postgres stupidly easy, especially when using Supabase. Supabase also helps Auth0 for authentication play well with Vercel. Switching from AWS to Vercel fixed the hard provisioning and the pain of managing AWS, making things much smoother. The initial setup with Vercel was incredibly easy, just as simple as a single CLI command.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incredibly expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel solves the slowness of deploying on traditional cloud services like AWS and simplifies the management, making provisioning much easier.

Vercel Makes Front-End Hosting Easy—A Friend who cares for you.
What do you like best about the product?
Well, if you are a newbie to website development and/or a small business just getting started, Vercel helps you build your digital presence by proving space for your projects as It lets you host your project or website on a free tier, which is something I was genuinely amazed to learn. For hosting, you don’t need a separate hosting service—you can host it through Vercel, and that was the best part for me and what impressed me the most. Given that Vercel is a cloud platform for React Developers, allowing users like me to deploy websites, Host front end applications, with build in features like Automatically scale up and Optimized performance
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping that if Vercel offered backend services as well, that would be a plus point. As I understand it, there are execution time limits on serverless functions, so I feel a little confused about how long-running processes are supposed to work. I also didn’t notice any traditional server controls while using it. Anyway, the front-end services are great for me, especially since I’ve just started using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While working on my project, my main concern was hosting, and Vercel resolved that for me. It helped me set up the server in a very simple way: I connected my Git with Vercel, pushed the code, and in just a couple of minutes my website was live with automatic deployment, free SSL, and a CDN. I also noticed good loading times worldwide. I still need to wait and see how it will handle traffic spikes, and I’ll update later. The thing I like most is the core features, like instant deploys and built-in CI/CD.
Effortless Deployments, but Pricing Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of access and ease of use that Vercel offers. It's really fast for getting my work done compared to other methods. The CICD pipelines are particularly cool; they allow me to just push my code to GitHub and Vercel takes care of the deployment, automating the process so I don't have to worry about potential issues. Also, the initial setup is very easy, just a few clicks and it's done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like Vercel's pricing strategy. It's like stubborn at $20, and even if you don't use the entire $20 in resources, they'll still charge you $20. My usage personally only uses about $1 to $5. I feel like if they started their pricing at $5, it could be more beneficial for a lot of people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel saves me time by automating app server setup that I used to do manually in AWS. It simplifies deploying applications with multiple services like API gateway or Lambda in one click.
Fast, reliable frontend platform for production AI products
What do you like best about the product?
Vercel makes deploying and running modern web apps extremely simple and fast. We use it to power one iGlowly project — a patient-first AI assistant built for aesthetic clinics — where we deploy frontend scripts on Vercel. The experience has been very smooth. Deployments are easy and extremely fast, performance is excellent out of the box, and everything from previews to production feels reliable and well thought out. It lets us focus on product and UX instead of infrastructure. Easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can scale quickly as usage grows, especially for teams running more advanced features, but this is largely offset by the time saved and stability provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel removes the complexity of frontend hosting, CI/CD, and performance optimization. For us, this means we can ship and iterate on a production AI assistant quickly, ensure fast response times for users, and maintain a high-quality, reliable experience without managing servers or DevOps overhead. Really good one.
Effortless and Fast Deployment Platform for Modern Web Apps
What do you like best about the product?
I like Vercel for its ease of use and simple implementation—deploying is as easy as pushing to Git. Its integrations with frameworks and tools are seamless, and it offers a rich set of features without feeling overwhelming. I use it frequently because it reliably handles hosting, serverless functions, and edge features, and the customer support and documentation make it easy to get help when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Vercel’s free tier has limits on serverless function execution and bandwidth, which can be restrictive for larger projects. Sometimes debugging deployment issues can be tricky, and advanced customization options are limited compared to full cloud providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel solves the problem of complex deployment and hosting by providing instant, automated deployments with built-in CDN, serverless functions, and seamless Git integration. This benefits me by saving time, reducing infrastructure headaches, and allowing me to focus entirely on building and iterating on my web applications.

Vercel Boosts Productivity and Collaboration, Though Pricing Is High
What do you like best about the product?
Vercel provide great user experience with our ci/cd infrastructure for projects. We have been able to move faster with the vercel integration. Features like Preview Links, private links are great to get client feedback. Customer Support is great. We have implemented Vercel across different frontend stacks. We use Vercel daily and its integrated with our different pipelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Vercel pricing is a bit too expensive, but considering the Value they provide, it's a steal. V0 is too much based on shadcn design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vercel Provide faster Frontend Cloud for our website projects. We able to deploy our services on the edge using Vercel. Vercel is an healthy alternative to aws. We only pay for the serverless function requests instead of the compute.
Vercel helps up build at 10x speed for ShopOs
What do you like best about the product?
Great Developer Experience, No need to have the dev ops infrastructure. We can focus on the development side. Easy of use is great. integrates with so many partner solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have seen a lot of issues with large size cache.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Nextjs framework build by Vercel, and the developer experience in development, product preview, feedback and overall company staging solutions are so great. We Don't need to go or use multiple services. We have used AWS before. Vercel solves for the headache of working with aws.
From localhost to https, in seconds. "Deploy from Git or your CLI"
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Vercel is its holistic approach to abstracting away infrastructure complexity. It provides a great superior developer experience that is laser-focused on one thing: shipping high-performance web applications faster. The platform's architecture feels incredibly intuitive with "zero-configuration" philosophy for deployments, paired with a powerful global edge network, transforms our entire development and release workflow.
Specifically, these are the features I value most:
- Automated CI/CD Pipeline: The Git integration is seamless and powerful. Once a repository is linked, Vercel’s CI/CD just works, without needing manual YAML configuration or complex pipeline setup. It intelligently handles monorepos, automatically building and deploying only the projects that have changed.
- Collaborative Preview Deployments: This feature alone has revolutionized our workflow. For every pull request, Vercel generates a unique, shareable, and fully functional preview of the application. This isn't just a static mock-up; it's a live environment. It enables asynchronous collaboration between developers, QA, designers, and product managers, allowing them to test and provide feedback on actual working code before it ever reaches production.
- The Global Edge Network for Peak Performance: Vercel’s commitment to speed is evident in its Edge Network. It automatically handles caching and serves assets from points-of-presence close to the end-user, which has a direct and measurable positive impact on our Core Web Vitals. Furthermore, its built-in, automatic Image Optimization service is best-in-class, serving next-gen formats and resizing images on the fly without any developer effort.
- A Symbiotic Relationship with Next.js: As a team that heavily relies on Next.js, Vercel is the definitive cloud-native platform for it. The integration is flawless. Advanced features like Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Incremental Static Regeneration (ISR), Server Components, and API Routes are not just supported; they are optimized to run with maximum efficiency and scalability on Vercel's infrastructure.
- Effortless Scalability with Serverless and Edge Functions: Vercel makes backend logic incredibly accessible and scalable. We use Serverless Functions for heavier tasks like processing form data or interacting with a database, and they scale from zero to massive workloads without any intervention. The addition of Edge Functions, which run on the Edge Network itself, has been perfect for lightweight middleware, such as handling authentication, running A/B tests, or modifying requests, all with near-zero latency.
- Analytics: Vercel Analytics provides real-world performance data directly from our users' devices, measuring metrics like FCP, LCP, and a Real Experience Score. What I appreciate most is that it's built with privacy in mind and has zero performance impact, as it doesn't require loading heavy third-party JavaScript libraries.

What do you dislike about the product?
For our specific use case, the platform has consistently delivered on its promises without causing any friction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main issue Vercel addressed for our business was the friction and delays in our deployment process. Previously, shipping frontend updates was a manual, error-prone task that required dedicated DevOps resources. Additionally, our staging environments created bottlenecks, and collaboration between developers and non-technical stakeholders was inefficient.
After implementing Vercel, we nearly automated our entire deployment workflow. This significantly shortened our time-to-market for new features and bug fixes. The introduction of Preview Deployments fostered more collaboration and transparency during review cycles, enhancing the quality of our releases. Vercel’s managed infrastructure and scalable platform also allow our development team to focus solely on building features and enhancing the user experience, without worrying about server management or CDN configuration.
