    All-in-One Low-Code Platform That Streamlines Workflow Automation

    What do you like best about the product?
    The best thing I like about this platform is that it's all in all one approach. Rather than using separate tools for process management, document management, analytics and other sorts of service requests, all the needed things are available within a single platform. Their low-code capabilities make our task easier by automating workflows and creating custom business applications without even having an extensive development effort. The platform also provides strong visibility into business processes and customer interactions through centralized dashboard and analytics. This platforms interfaces intuitive once our user becomes familiar with it. Their visual workflow builders and low-code tools simplify our process automation and make it easier for businesses to participate in digital transformation projects without even needing deep programming knowledge.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Though this platform is feature-rich, it also creates a learning curve for our new users during the implementation in our workspace. Organisations may need time to fully understand and configure the various modules. Some of their advanced customisations and integrations also require technical expertise, especially for large enterprise deployments.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    This platform helps us by solving the problem of having multiple business operations centralised into a single environment. This also helps us by streamlining workflows, improving process visibility, and managing customer relationships right from organising the business document and automating repetitive tasks. This platform reduces manual effort, and improves our collaboration across our cross-functional teams, and provides better access to real-time business information for decision-making.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The most outstanding feature of SYDLE ONE that I admire is its approach as a unified platform which incorporates aspects of process management, customer operations, and system integration all in one solution.
    Its powerful workflow automation and flexibility make work easier and efficient.

    SYDLE ONE addresses challenges such as disparate enterprise applications, ineffective manual processes, and the absence of end-to-end process transparency between departments.
    How will this help me? It will improve the efficiency of the processes, reduce process fragmentation, and offer greater control and transparency over business processes.

    Well, about SYDLE ONE: your first interact with the website makes you think: ''what a beatiful website''
    the website has everything that a CRM enterprise needs: Customer Support, easy of use, easy to integrate, easy to implement and, even with a frequency of use, the website doenst struggle at all. Seriously, its very beatiful and clean. Cheers to the Frontend dev team!

    ive been thinking about the things I dislike about this one, but NOTHING came to my mind... its simply a perfect website...
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Sydle One has been useful for most of CRM tools and contracts, its so easy to use that a kid with a milionare enterprise could handle.

    What do you like best about the product?
    To the extent of the company’s digitization process, SYDLE ONE has been beneficial. These consist of the CRM and Service Desk which have been instrumental in handling customers and improving efficiency in service delivery.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Some features such as approval settings with intricate hierarchal working flows or fine-tuned content edition are not easy to employ on portable devices.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SYDLE ONE no longer requires separate, standalone software programs. It integrates the business processes, data, and analytics to give a unified 360 ° perspective of business for better decision making.

    What do you like best about the product?
    SYDLE ONE presents an attractive proposition to many businesses interested in simplifying processes. The BPM and ECM features enabled me to easily configure and implement workflows as well as archive documents.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    SYDLE ONE has a problem in integrating data from some of its built-in modules. Raw data can be consolidated in a central location, often though, analyzing the data or creating a report entails using other BI applications.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    SYDLE ONE helps manage business processes and documents more efficiently and improve collaboration among employees. The current integration of data hinders a smooth flow of information across all functionalities as observed today.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I believe the platform enables end-users to understand and improve many of its flows; the interface is user-friendly, it brings flexibility to create, test, and re-use flows, easy to connect with other corporate applications.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It requires time for the user to obtain the most of the platform, but it's connected to the cultural shift more than the technicity itself. For the first time, it doesn't sound easy if the end-user is not well educated on BPM or process-oriented. However, as the flows are created and optimized, the perception starts to change and have more engagement.,
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Mainly the network rollout and payment control on third parties, connecting different process contributors as the ONE workflow are robust. The control over the main flows has increased.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    On top of the software, SYDLE has excellent knowledge of Process Management.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Developing complex and dynamic business processes on SYDLE ONE is easy, and the platform is very comprehensive. Besides the BPM and ECM solutions that have allowed us to automate processes and structure data, Analytics is a great feature and has been really helping our teams in tracking KPIs. We used to have some manual work, but now I can say that everything is quite automated because of SYDLE ONE. Their support team is also always available to help with any issues, and learning how to use the platform is an intuitive and fun process.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    We really can’t find any features of the platform that we don't like so far.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    In addition to using SYDLE ONE for all of our company's business processes, we have a partnership with SYDLE that allows us to use SYDLE ONE in our projects, delivering the platform to our customers. The platform is also proving to be very versatile as a tool for low-code development since it offers so many tools for processes, data analytics, and APIs, letting us focus on our customers’ particular needs and so accelerating project delivery.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Our business requires a lot of communication, and we use SYDLE ONE mainly for service via chatbot and WhatsApp which, combined with the 360-degree view of customers that the platform provides, serves us very well. SYDLE ONE is also responsive, so we can all use it on our laptops, tablets, and even our phones. That’s very helpful when we need to do something but we’re not in the office. Additionally, the platform’s data analytics allows us to have more control over the company.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    So far we have had no issues with the platform, and the support team has been very responsive.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Before migrating to SYDLE ONE, we were having a hard time finding a really modern and dynamic CRM that would meet all our business needs. We tried some other solutions, but we had several issues, like low availability, limited functionality, and lack of integration. With SYDLE ONE, we solved all of these problems, and we finally managed to find a CRM solution that is truly omnichannel and flexible, as our business requires.
    Recommendations to others considering the product:
    Give a digital platform like SYDLE ONE that solves problems through automation a shot. Customizations that used to have a high cost and take a lot of time in our legacy ERP are way more agile and affordable in SYDLE ONE. Our own team is now able to create new process versions and deploy them in production.
