Very efficient way of reporting and enhancing governance
What do you like best about the product?
The best aspect is the ability to streamline reporting - both statutory and management reporting. Workiva has allowed us to produce multiple reports in a much quicker timeframe than we did previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain aspects of implementation weren't quite as simple.

Efficiency and accuracy of statutory and management reporting.

-Workiva has listened to our requested in the last years and has always delivered.
- Workiva is consrantly evolving for the best
- The ESG module is fantastic. It is complex, but with very good consultants as implementation partners you can quikly see the benefits.

What do you dislike about the product?
- We used to have a better customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- We use Workiva for Integrating Reporting and ESG reporting. We can see the benefit of one single source, linking to the data source and collaboration.
Great support for CSRD journey
What do you like best about the product?
CSRD Reporting is easy and logial to handle. Workiva is listening to feedback and helps to improve.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lot of effective functions are still in progress or missing

Collaborating plattform for ESG Reporting. Easy data collection and user friendly surface
I've had a great experience with workiva so far.

I enjoy that it's a one stop shop where I can do everything from testing, communicating with clients, external auditors and way more.

I feel like there should be more trainings on how to use chains and other newly added features as the platform changes.

The capabilities of Workiva allow user to speed up the report the reporting process and create more reliable reports.

Not being able to tag more than one requirement per statement.
I would like to be able to edit comments permissions in documents based on groups (currently it is only available on individual user basis).

Speed up the process and less manual and human prone errors. Overall efficiency increase, and looking forward to AI capabilities.
