Easy Link Creation That Keeps Spreadsheet Connections Intact
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can create links.

I don't like that I can't paste images to the spreadsheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I can attached pdfs to a specific cell, so that I can sign, make notes, changes and other user can see and everything done a real time.
Streamlined Financial Reporting, But Manual Formatting Required
What do you like best about the product?
I find Workiva to be a useful tool for gathering all the data in a very clean format, and it's very good at organizing comments and the review process. The milestone and black line functions are really good for me to keep track of all the changes. I especially appreciate the milestone function for managing different versions during different levels of reviews for various parties, which allows me to go back to older versions and look at historical data with a good timestamp of edits. The black line function is very commonly used and provides a very plain way to show changes, which I share with our auditor and audit committees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling with formatting issues in Workiva. Things like page breaks and sentences getting cut off in the Edgar view need to be manually checked every quarter. This is pretty tedious. The 'keep with next' and 'keep lines together' functions also require manual checking, which impacts the presentation and look of 10 Q's and 10 K's on the SEC website.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva to gather data cleanly, organize comments, and track review processes efficiently. The milestone and black line functions help manage changes and maintain historical data clarity.
Simplifies Filings with Top-Tier Support
What do you like best about the product?
I use Workiva for Section 16 filings - Forms 3, 4, and 5. The process is simpler now with the newest upgrades. I find it easy to use and the customer support is great. I am able to create filings quickly, and if I have any issues, customer support is there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the upgrades added duplicate holdings which is now a bit of a clean up. It was just a glitch in an upgrade. It would be great if the system could identify the duplicates and remove.

I use Workiva for Section 16 filings, and the process is simpler with the newest upgrades. It's easy to use, and I can create filings quickly with great customer support if issues arise.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to upload documents and track progress with Workiva. It solves the problem of uploading all the documents required by auditors, which is really helpful for managing Internal Audit requests.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Workiva's ability to serve as an excellent repository for our audit documentation really helpful. It allows us to quickly spin up audit engagement documentation in a standardized structure, which makes reviewing and approving testing workpapers easy to manage and share with leadership. I really like the clean organization of audit engagement documentation and how it lets us layer in applicable organizational risks. The ability to quickly structure similar types of audit engagements is a huge plus, as it helps our audit teams plan and execute projects efficiently. Our leadership team loves how easy it is to find relevant testing documentation from prior engagements, and managers and staff can easily track their open assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are looking forward to additional AI functionality incorporated directly within the platform.

Workiva is an excellent repository for audit documentation, allowing for quick setup of audit engagement docs in a standardized structure. It simplifies reviewing and approving testing workpapers, and managers can easily track open assignments and find relevant documentation.
Streamlined ESG Reporting with Powerful Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva helps with data organization and task management, which makes collecting data easier. The auditability of reporting both qualitative and quantitative data is also valuable to me. Workiva solves a lot of managerial issues and has unique features that address specific challenges. I find it visually appealing. I like the task management pages, the already-built-out sustainability program, the sustainability explorer's clickability, and the visual features. These tools help reduce the time burden and the risk of human error in data collection and review.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't easily search program tags anywhere. The only solution is to have a rudimentary column in the Factbook, or click in every single metric.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva for ESG reporting, which helps with data organization and task management, ensuring the auditability of data. It reduces the time burden and risk of human error and features visually appealing interfaces.
Easy SEC Filings and Smooth Multi-User Cloud Access
What do you like best about the product?
cloud based allows multiple users at the same time. And the SEC filing process makes it so easy to file
What do you dislike about the product?
Formatting documents can be tricky. Making small adjustments can lead to large issues. Once dialed in, I never like to make small tweaks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
EDGAR Next filing has been a great add. I intend to use EDGAR Next filing for all future Form 3 and 4's

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the streamlining of data in Workiva, especially the ability to read and load source data to create financial statements. This feature is particularly beneficial for me when preparing financial statements. It was a bit slow initially, but overall it's a good tool for this purpose. I also use Workiva to export to Excel, which integrates well with my workflow.

Workiva is slow at times.

Workiva helps solve prior issues with updating numbers and dates by streamlining data. It reads and loads source data to create financial statements, enhancing efficiency.
Life-Changing, User-Friendly Workiva with Great Forums and Continuous Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is so user friendly! There's usually multiple ways to do things so it's easy to figure out. I love the forums they have if you have any questions as well as the tutorials of how to use the software. I use this tool just about daily and it was life changing compared to other programs. They are always working on and implementing new features too and listen to their customers when ideas are brought to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides to using Workiva.

Workiva is just really easy to use, which is very helpful for how small of a team I work with.
