An innovative and effective way to perform functions
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Workiva has various modules and platforms

It would be helpful if The functionality was more advanced

Creating a DCP questionnaire which then creates a matrix of responses
Powerful tool that provides automation and audit trails and easy to use

Ability to collaborate on live files with other users, and the ability to connect data from ERP systems into Workiva to create automation.

Performance issues arise from time to time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a partner, working with clients across multiple solutions allows them to effectively build and review their reports.
Great for data linking and consistencies
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of linking data points that repeat throughout my report. This is great for efficiency as well as accuracy. I also appreciate that I can use formulas to connect data points within the reports. I am excited to use Workiva AI and see its benefits as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to get used to using something other than Excel for worksheets that have become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Workiva solely for financial reporting, and it is a great solution for helping us create those with ease.

The Workiva data management suite and Wdata platform as a whole.

Relatively newer platform that sometimes lacks documentation on new products.

Connecting data to financial reporting.

it is a bit clunky and doesn't seem to integrate as well with all modules.

Data management and becoming a source of truth for our ESG data. This will soon save time and money over time once we finish implementing the system and better understand how to use it.

Source system data is limited and we rely on Excel for alot of processes. Workiva helps verfiy that everyone uses the right data across reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Linking data to the 10Q and 10K with minimal effort. Our CSM is quick and informative whenever issues are present. UI is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Spreadsheets do not utilize all formulas similar to Excel.

Workiva is solving how to file financial reports easily with the SEC.
