What do you like best about the product?
Moving away from manual processes, customer support, and ability to use blackline versions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto time out is quick and relogging in can be cumbersome.

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva allows me as a reviewer to trust my data is valid and consistent throughout multiple documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that more of my coworkers aren’t users to improve collaboration. I also think the outsourcing of support has creating a less tailored help experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva eliminates a lot of risk of human error in our process with linking and Wdata.

I like everything about Workiva. Looking forward to hear more products from Workiva.

Workiva is intuitive and powerful for my users while supplying the tools I need to manage their work as well as my own.

Workflows--with processes, tasking is better than it used to be but it's still relatively clunky.

We could not possibly complete the Capital Plan in the time allotted by the regulators without Workiva. The data support and editorial access make it possible

What do you like best about the product?
Workiva is incredibly user-friendly and has an appealing UI interface. One of the biggest things we constantly hear from our clients and customers is how intuitive the platform is. Workiva was designed, built and executed with the end user in mind.
As an implementation partner, we love partnering and showing our clients the power of Workiva and the scale of efficiency that the platform can bring to our customers. It is a platform that you use daily and has a supportive community of experts, implementation partners, and support team that assists in assuring the successful implementation of the platform for any team's use case.

What do you dislike about the product?
Workiva is end-user friendly; however, the initial uptick and consideration for bringing in previous processes in workiva is a bit of a manual process. Hoping with updated improvements and additional roll-outs, there will be opportunity to lift the intial load of transition int Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are implementation partners, so the biggest use case we see from our clients is collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Promotes cross-team collaboration between Finance and Legal.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides. Workiva has made my job so much easier!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to using Workiva for our SEC reporting, we had issues with version control and delays associated with turns of the filings the printer. Now we are in control.
It's the best sustainability reporting software right now in a brand new market.

Functionality, I use a lot of SME's in the drafting of my reports and the function in WOrkiva make things easy.

The implmentation can be an issue at times and I've had to redo what was done.

The AI solutions will be a great benefit to me.
