What do you like best about the product?
I find Workiva user-friendly and set up in a way that I can easily accomplish tasks and learn on my own. I also value the linking and charting features.
What do you dislike about the product?
My representative changes frequently. Some more consistency on who to contact would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva ensures data consistency and helps meet filing requirements, particularly with XBRL.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate and use. I use it frequently and can easily rely on the data and it integrates well.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is used as a source of truth with ability to manage access easily. Makes it easy to track and audit.
Robust Collaboration for SEC Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I like the support available along with the ability for multiple users to update the same document in real time. We have multiple team members editing, reviewing, and signing off on different sections of the same document, which is valuable during our strict timelines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the abilities to re-format images and tables are limited and would appreciate more customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva helps us create linking files for SEC document population and digital filing. I like the real-time collaboration for multiple users, which is valuable during strict timelines.
All-in-One Functionality with Plenty of Options
What do you like best about the product?
I really like all the different functions Workiva offers, and I appreciate having so many options in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Excel in Workiva operated more like the desktop version of Excel. It would make my workflow smoother and more familiar.

SEC Reporting.
Easy SEC Reporting with Smooth FCCS Integration
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use for SEC reporting, and it integrates well with FCCS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being able to test for grammar errors and writing issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency with the SEC reporting process and providing AI to do timely SEC research
Easy to Use Like Excel and Word, with Top-Notch Support
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use as it works very similar to Excel and Word. The amount of support they provide as well for their users is top notch.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is on the expensive side. I would like to see a little bit more interaction with Excel, such as completing the work in Excel and it auto-updates in Workiva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quarterly, annual, and ad hoc public filings. We also use it for certifications, such as sales certs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva is relatively easy to use, with a flat learning curve that makes it straightforward for new users to get started. This feature allows us to quickly onboard new team members, which is really helpful. Also, anytime we make any changes to the platform, it remains relatively easy to adapt, which is a big plus for me.

There are additional opportunities for automation and use of AI.

I use Workiva to efficiently link numbers from Excel, facilitate collaboration, and track changes. It's easy to use with a flat learning curve, allowing quick onboarding of new team members.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the access control and peer benchmarking features of Workiva. Peer benchmarking helps me navigate new disclosures without drafting our disclosures from scratch, which is really useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manual tagging can be time-consuming, and I would appreciate some automation there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva to incorporate data and narratives in one place, making disclosures easier with consolidated data. Peer benchmarking helps navigate new disclosures without starting from scratch.
A Centralized Hub for 10-Q/10-K Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized location for 10-Q/10-K reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features in spreadsheets do not function the way I expect after using excel.

One location for all things financial reporting including linking ledger to Workiva to cut down on manual entry.
