Easy-to-Use Audit Tool from Start to Finish
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use tool to prepare an audit from start to finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only open one document at a time within an audit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly I am happy to be using this tool because it made my work so easy for me. To enter data, to review, to track all of it.
User-Friendly Spreadsheet Linking That Streamlines Our Filings
What do you like best about the product?
A user-friendly way to link items through a spreadsheet and carry them into our filings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not think that there are any downsides to using workiva.

Workiva has helped automate reporting for us.
User-Friendly SEC Filing with Stellar Support
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Workiva Sync because it saves time and eliminates data entry mistakes. The filing process is easy to manage, and the support assistance is timely, which I find very helpful. I like that Workiva is a user-friendly filing tool and onboarding new users is straightforward. The Customer Success Managers (CSMs) are especially helpful, always available to provide help when needed. With over ten years of experience using Workiva, I can confidently say it's an excellent tool, particularly for SEC filings. I would even give it a 10 for SEC filings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noticed recently the system is kind of slow when trying to download files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workiva Sync saves time and eliminates data entry mistakes. It's a user-friendly filing tool making the filing process easy, with timely support assistance.
User-Friendly Simplicity with Smooth Linking
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly simplicity and linking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the clicking / navigation feels laggy and slow. Not super crisp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real-time collaboration amongst the organization. Reduces emails and version control issues.
Real-Time Collaboration with Intuitive, Excel-Like Spreadsheets
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that I can work in spreadsheets in real time with colleagues, and the information is available right away to the people who need to see it. The Excel-like functionality makes it intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've had issues in the past with how Workiva will export my spreadsheets. It wants to format a lot of my numbers with decimals that you don't always notice until you export it and you see that it changed $563 to $5.63. It makes reformatting a bit painstaking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem it helps us solve is being able to collaborate on a project at the same time in real time

What do you like best about the product?
How easily you can create folders, assignments for individual names, has an audit trail, and provides collaboration in real-time work assignments.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike when it logs me out, has learning curves and limits on word functions like custom highlighting, bolding, or underlining. It also has spreadsheet limitations, such as not being able to see the formula and modeling capabilities, handling large complex data connections, and experiencing slower loading times. Additionally, it does not always provide all documents for download when there are numerous items to import or export.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For Internal Audit, it provides an audit trail and connects with the business on ownership instead of using emails for status updates. It simplifies SEC filing preparation and eliminates the need to copy and paste data across multiple locations documents.
Great UX for SEC Reporting, Needs Cost Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
I like Workiva's UX, especially the look and feel. The initial setup was good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that Workiva doesn't pass cost efficiencies through to the customer. It would be great if they could offer improved value creation, like annual credits or flat fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva for filing with the SEC in accordance with applicable SEC regs.
Powerful Portal Tools, but the Proxy Features Take Time to Learn
What do you like best about the product?
The portal has lots of tools and does what we need it to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime its very confusing and I feel like I need to learn a whole new system. THe tools for the Proxy are all very foreign to me and because I only use them once a year, I need to get help form others.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Workiva is very easy to use and intuitive, which makes my work go faster. Setting it up was pretty easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could give suggestions on what to add, change or eliminate from the documents, using AI and analysis of past documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Workiva for writing regulatory reports. It helps create a table of contents, supports team collaboration, lets me create tables, and edit documents. It's very easy to use and intuitive, which speeds up my work.
