Good Software
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how everything can be stored in Workiva in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the new layout of Workiva. It's difficult to see all the work procedures in view. It's also very slow a lot of the time which makes it difficult to get tasks done in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great repository system that allows us to have all work steps in one place and to store documents. I also like the review workflow and audit log.

Always looking at ways to innovate and improve, keeping up with IT initiatives

Sometimes hard to get quick wins implemented if not enough users want the same updates.

Audit programs and working on audits whilst in the field

I appreciate the customizability of the Workiva platform to meet our company where we are at and have the potential to grow with us.

I love how everything is connected and all in one place.

Not being able to copy from one Workspace to another.

ease of use; efficient; saves time, great reporting tool

There is nothing i dislike about Workiva's products at the moment

WDesk brings in alot of efficient ways to reporting. Extremely user friendly and a huge time saver
Great audit system
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use in that it is intuitive to pick up and learn the system. How customisable user access is and the editable and personalised email notifications sent to users as reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The file size limit and how in the mark up viewer you do not have the functionality of excel to review the calculations. Additionally how there is no way to see an overview of assigned tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
A centralized place for all of our controls and increased collaboration across business partners
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the PBC requests delete if you delete a testing matrix

Efficency for SOX testing
User Friendly, fun tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to build queries off of data. I like how the formulas are the same as excel's. I like the blackline feature and milestone feature to see changes since a point in time. It saves us a ton of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasional quirks. Find replace function does not work well. Search feature does not work well. Other small quirks but none of them are deal breakers. It's worth it for the benefits.

It helps us turn our GL data into Financial Reports quickly and consistently.
