Our main use case for ReliaQuest GreyMatter is to detect any kind of threat, as it is basically able to connect to multiple tools which we are using, such as SIEM, EDR, and cloud logs, for good visibility and holistic visibility.
There was a phishing attempt in the organization six months back that was detected by our use of AI agents in ReliaQuest GreyMatter, which helped us to detect the threats within five minutes.

We're a highly efficient Cybersecurity team with a wide array of tools are our disposal. One challenge with that is managing our time to leverage all the various tools. GreyMatter and the associated integrations with those tools ensure that there's always eyes on the infrastructure we are trying to protect.
What we've especially enjoyed about GreyMatter is the support side. Whether it be our Customer Success Manager or our Engineer that we work with on a nearly daily basis, our needs are being addressed in a timely and caring manner as opposed to the work being outsourced to a call center where we are just another number.

AI capabilities are also becoming a very welcome addition in streamlining investigations and threat hunts.

I haven't noticed any issues. GM has truly set a new standard for SOC automation.
