Easy to Use, but could be a bit more user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
All in one tool to keep my passwords safe and easy
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a very easy to use tool that keeps my passwords safe with minimal effort
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have 10-15 passwords at all times, which would be impossible to keep safe without a tool.
Exceptional Password Manager with Minor Drawbacks
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the autofill experience in 1Password; it's more than a minor convenience, as it saves time and reduces friction for complex login workflows. I also love the Watchtower security monitoring feature—it helps with monitoring for breaches, auditing reused passwords, and sending alerts about two-factor authentication and expired documents. The seamless cross-device sync is fantastic, as I use 1Password across my MacBook, iPhone, iPad, and Windows work laptop without any issues. The clean, intuitive interface and the password generator are great too. I value the company's trustworthiness and strong security reputation. It's truly convenient for making secure notes and sharing team credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
So firstly pricing is no longer competitive this is my biggest frustration. Then the browser extension occasionally hiccups. So sometimes it works perfectly but sometimes there are some issues. Then there is no free tier. OK then also there's no desktop app that can feel heavier sometimes. Then iOS autofill reliability, so occasionally sometimes it fails to trigger in some apps or Face ID along occasionally requires multiple attempts before successfully filling credentials. Then migration and import experience of the different credentials is kind of hard. Apart from that customer service response is also kind of late if I'm not using the paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password helps me manage and auto-fill unique passwords, store API and SSH keys, and use two-factor authentication. It eliminates password overload with secure storage across devices, reduces login friction, monitors reuse and security breaches, and provides alerts in one platform.
Easy, Secure Password Management with Smooth Autofill
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about 1Password is how easy it makes it to keep all my logins organized and secure. It saves me time because I don’t have to remember every password, and the autofill feature makes signing in much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside is that 1Password can take a little time to get used to at first, especially when setting up vaults, extensions, and sharing. Once everything is organized it works really well, but the initial setup could feel a bit simpler and more beginner-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password solves the problem of keeping track of too many passwords across different accounts and platforms. Instead of reusing passwords or constantly resetting them, I can store everything securely in one place and access it quickly when needed. It saves time, reduces login frustration, and makes it much easier to stay organized and secure.
YOU DONT NEED ANYTHING ELSE! AMAZING!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy, the watchtower, how fast it recognizes websites and fills in information. Honestly i LOVE everything
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly there is nothing to dislike. I love it all
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
remembering all my passwords for everything that requires a profile these days. I've repeated the same passwords since high-school with changing a few numbers here and there but now Ive switched all passwords to 1password recommendations. The recommended passwords are around 15-20 characters and now one on the planet could guess the letters and numbers.
Polished Interface, Robust Security, and Solid Browser Extensions
What do you like best about the product?
Its polished interface and robust security. Also the browser extensions work pretty well
What do you dislike about the product?
The mandatory subscription model, which was not a thing at the beginning
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was able to support multiple vaults, and secure storage
Effortless Password Management with Browser Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use of 1Password and its browser extension integration. The browser extension is particularly handy because it allows me to quickly have 1Password enter credentials on websites without needing to copy and paste them. The initial setup of 1Password was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop application can sometimes be buggy. Sometimes it crashes and hangs, and it has to be force closed using Task Manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use 1Password for password storage and management. It helps with security and password policy compliance. The browser extension saves time by automatically entering credentials without needing to copy and paste.
Simple to Use, Strong Security in One Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity of using it and at the same time providing a strong security which both is not commonly found in a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Signing on on a new device requires security key, which again is a password i have to remember.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of various passwords for different accounts/ sites/ logins to different platforms
1Password Delivers Peace of Mind with Strong Passwords and Seamless Syncing
What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features is its ability to generate and autofill strong, unique passwords across websites and apps, which significantly improves online security without requiring extra effort. The cross-platform syncing ensures that data is always available on mobile, desktop, or browser extensions. Additional features like secure sharing (for teams or family), Watchtower alerts for breached or weak passwords, and Travel Mode add extra layers of convenience and protection.
Overall, the biggest upside of using 1Password is peace of mind—you don’t have to remember multiple complex passwords, and your digital life stays much more secure and organized.
Overall, the biggest upside of using 1Password is peace of mind—you don’t have to remember multiple complex passwords, and your digital life stays much more secure and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback is that it’s a fully paid service—there’s no permanent free tier like some competitors offer. While the features are strong, the subscription cost can feel unnecessary for users who only need basic password storage.
Another issue is the learning curve for new users. The concept of a master password plus a Secret Key can be confusing at first, and if either is lost, account recovery becomes difficult since the system is designed with strict security and minimal recovery options.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a business perspective, it solves the challenge of securely sharing sensitive information like login credentials, API keys, and financial details among team members. Instead of sending passwords over email or chat (which is risky), teams can share access safely within controlled vaults, with permissions and access tracking.
It also helps tackle employee onboarding and offboarding issues. When someone joins or leaves, access can be granted or revoked instantly without needing to manually change dozens of passwords, which improves both security and operational efficiency.
