    Excellent Customer Support, Ideal for Larger Scale

    What do you like best about the product?
    I used Buzz for gaining connections in my particular field, which allowed me to see many more possible contacts than I could on my own. I really liked the friendly staff; Noah did a great job during the initial sales/explanation of the product, and Eugene helped me install and trained me in the use of the product. They were very patient as I'm not the most tech-savvy customer, which was a huge positive and made the company look good. I would definitely recommend Buzz.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Buzz provides a very large scale of connections. I have a smaller organization, that focuses more on personal contact so the product just was not a perfect fit. Can see how it would though be for larger organizations seeking volume.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Buzz allowed me to see many more possible contacts than I could on my own.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Buzz because it's simple and self-activating, which makes it easy for me to use. I also appreciate their staff, especially Shelbi, who is very patient and professional, providing helpful training and support for setting up my campaigns. Her assistance has been incredibly valuable as I'm not very tech-savvy.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    a little complicated for the older generation
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Buzz helps us contact new and existing clients by setting up a series of messages. It also keeps track of activities on LinkedIn, which is great for our consulting company.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love their customer service. The platform is efficient. It takes a fraction of your time to reach the right people.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing so far. It is user-friendly, and if I need help, the customer service is very responsive.

    It specifies the search and I am talking to people who I would not be able to contact easily.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love that it connect automatically to LinkedIn and how you can share the set ups with internal collegues
    What do you dislike about the product?
    There seems to be a disconnect sometimes with LinkedIn, upper left corner, it goes yellow sometimes and asks for a pin and login.

    Mass contacts and automation for reaching out to folks.

    The interface allows me to connect with multiple individuals seamlessly.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I would love for a more hands on onboarding. I know buzz well but they do rely on a lot of self directed videos to get you started.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Buzz allows me to multiply my prospecting efforts. It allows me to get my message to a larger audience of people with ease.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Within days of setting up my first campaign, it started generating quality leads faster than any platform I’ve used before. The automation and precision targeting are incredibly efficient, it feels like having a full marketing team running in the background 24/7.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing. Buzz does everything I need it to do and their support is unmatched

It’s eliminated the guesswork from lead generation and helped me scale my outreach without needing to hire extra help.     What do you like best about the product?
    I appreciate the ease of use and effectiveness of Buzz in connecting with hard-to-reach prospects and customers. It enables us to generate millions in pipeline while maintaining the right tone of voice across multiple users. I find its initial setup to be straightforward and easy. The capability to expand my network on LinkedIn is another great feature. Buzz allows me to reach out to 15-25 new contacts daily, and when multiplied across my organization, it significantly amplifies our networking efforts.

    I wish it integrated a little better into our CRM (Salesforce)

    What do you like best about the product?
    This tool is very effective for managing LinkedIn connections and conducting outreach on a larger scale. It has made the process much easier for me.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Occasionally, the system needs some attention to keep everything running smoothly, but the excellent customer service from Buzz always helps us manage any issues that arise.

    This tool is enabling us to build personal connections across the globe. It has truly helped us connect with people in the US & overseas.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how easy it is to create campaigns, how the lead generation strategy is actually working, and how everything I need is in one place! Also love the support my account manager, Eli Ushar, provided me. He showed me things in my account I didn't know were possible!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Cannot say much, honestly. I like pretty much everything about it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    It's helping me connect with leads in large numbers, therefore increasing ROI. It's also helping to keep all my conversations organized.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Easy to use and intuitive. Very helpful to have all LinkedIn communications centralised into a single inbox. Able to create detailed multi-branched campaigns. I used various other similar tools through clients, and there were various things you couldn't do in those, where I didn't find any similar limitations in Buzz.

    The customer support from Buzz was great, with customer success managers happy to help and support with campaign setup and optimisation.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I didn't find any particular downsides. The main things was that I didn't make the most of all the features like emails and VM drops as I was focused on using it for LinkedIn.
