What do you like best about the product?
The report screen is easy to understand.
It is convenient to be able to set up using cname.

It is good to be able to analyze, but it is difficult to analyze the hosting and distribution destinations and the settings when taking countermeasures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prevention of spoofed e-mails and Spam control, etc.

Helpful support, DMARC and related features are well done and easy to setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
A lower cost per domain would be nice as $120/year is expensive for a simple service, however it's the best available right now.

Provides reporting and SFP flattening.

The dashboard is very intuitive. Very easy to use for someone who does not have any experience with DMARC.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe me having to sign out of the current customer before signing in as a different customer. Because if I did not do the former, I would get an error and get stuck in the loop so I would have to start over by logging in as the partner account.

DMARC policy of our clients. It helps us and our client's email security.

The response times of the support folk is superb. This system is insanely easy to use but sometimes silly mistakes can be hard to find.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of the features that are 'Premium' shouldn't be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mail is one of the best known theat vectors but the least worried about. Ensuring that all my mail security protocols are up and working as an MSP means I can continue to be part of the solution while not being part of the problem.

Better shared reporting on major incidents on a monthly basis for all tiers as logging in to see what are the statistics is not always convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
pricing options look better now. some features that were added do not seem to be reflecting on current account.

Applying DMARC and other security protocols with ease. Having a clearer view for the email usage.

We didnt find any issue in terms of technology.
To pointout something, the only issue with PowerDMARC is that they entered the market relatively late.
However, it's important to note that being a latecomer doesn't diminish the effectiveness or quality of PowerDMARC as a solution.

What do you like best about the product?
Optimizing email deliverability and likelihood that recipients will not just receive but will read our emails is critical to our business. PowerDMARC helps us do this for us, and our clients, by managing our email domains, monitoring our DMARC activity, and now even getting the blue check mark validation that promotes better credibility for more people to read our emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing to contribute regarding things they can improve, they're always on top of everything in this space and do a great job delivering and supporting their service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to make sure all our emails are delivered without issue. And we can't afford to have our domain spoofed, which is an inherent problem with email in general. Every business should be using DMARC properly, and by working with PowerDMARC, we know we're in good hands.
Excellent Service and Customer Care
What do you like best about the product?
The service and care are excellent. The guys quickly respond and provide fast and accurate answers to the problems presented.

It is a very very expensive platform. It should have more flexible and affordable plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Besides the complete and easy DMARC monitoring, I also have the BIMI and MTA-STS tools.

What do you like best about the product?
No email deliverability issues any more.. all my Dmarc and spf is sorted now. My SPF look up count has also reached 3/10 while it was 11/10 previously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I need MacroSPF, which they have now launched so its good for me. Highly recommend.
