Good experience with Power Dmarc and Darpan as support Specialist

What do you like best about the product?
My account engineer, Darpan Kalita is knowlegable and patient helping me gain a limited understanding of the intricacies of email deliverability. In about one month Darpan has adjusted our email settings to improve scores for our SPf, DKIM, DMARC, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike about PowerDMARC

PowerDMARC does a great job of showing the complicated Aggregate reports in a user-friendly way. Our team utilizes this for any partner looking to go through the DMARC enablement process and it is relied on heavily for accurracy and technical review.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is easy to navigate once you're used to it, but a more concise navigation would help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If you've ever seen the raw aggregate reports, you'll know how valuable a product like PowerDMARC can be.
Amazing service with no issues
What do you like best about the product?
PowerDMARC has made it easy to setup required email DNS records and maintain them. It is nice to be able to see the reports and verify the domain is setup correctly and operating as it should. The service has always been consistent and support has always been prompt, when needed. I have used them for years now and everything remains amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about PowerDMARC, but there is little quirks that can be annoying in the interface. When you click on a link, it may not take you to the page with the domain selected, you just have to select the domain again. So, things work, they are just little quirks that can be annoying at times. Over all, the interface is pretty easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We host email for companies and we make sure their domains are setup correctly and that their email gets were it's suppose to. We use PowerDMARC for all our hosted domains and it is included in the service we offer, as it makes are life easier and we can make simple adjustments on the fly. We use the hosted BIMI feature, as well and that has worked great!
Improved Email Security with Exceptional Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like PowerDMARC for its ease of use and the amount of tools that we get, which provides a good value for our dollar. It's valuable because we can use it as a prospecting tool and resell it to customers as part of a security tool, making it beneficial in our sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated in the beginning. However, support was very good in helping us get everything set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC gives me insight into email security, showing how emails flow to and from domains, and ensuring they're received properly. It's valuable as a prospecting tool and enhances our sales process.

PowerDMARC is an exceptionally intuitive platform that is easy to manage, and I appreciate having access to support whenever I need it. The platform's features allow us to fully automate our email delivery setup, which is essential for us as an MSP.

Simple powerful tool for email security
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and implement for our customers. The fact that each feature is well documented and explained when doing a domain assesment for a client is a bonus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost for MSPs is higher than I would like, if the cost was lower it would be easier to get all our clients onto this. If a client has multiple domains they use for email it does become expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email security, both for spoofing and for email encryption with TLS.
Painless migration to hosted DMARK, DKIM, & SPF.
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is about as intuitive and as useful as one can be for this type of service. So far I am very pleased with the platform and the technical support. It is also wonderful that so many hosted features are available in 1 platform, and our migration to PowerDMARC was extremely smooth, quick, and without error.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not come across any major downsides so far with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PowerDMARC eliminates the SPF lookup limit on our domains with the hosted SPF, we only need to publish 1 SPF record to our DNS. They are also keeping us DMARC compliant with our emails with the hosted DMARC, DKIM, and SPF services.
