Megaport has great products and support

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like best about Megaport is the convenience their products provide. Not having to go through a million sales hoops to be able to order point to point VXCs, IX, or Internet is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing on point to point VXCs is pretty high if you look at it from a cost per Mbit point of view compared to other options on the free market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Point to point connections to third parties, IX, and IP Transit. Doing these solutions through Megaport is seamless in comparison to other options.

Billing is a nightmare and does not fit our AP process to allow for quick and easy payment via our AP team.

What do you like best about the product?
Megaport is super easy to work with and establish the connectivity that our organization needs to our customers and cloud environments. Our account team is knowledgeable and is always willing to answer any questions that we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say I dislike anything, but something aspects around controlling BGP routes in a cloud router could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't have a need for the bandwidth that's possible on dedicated circuits. Megaport helps us save costs by being able to create smaller pipes for the traffic we need to pass.

What do you like best about the product?
The support. The WebUI is great and the map is pretty, but the support is just amazing. They have gone above and beyond helping with issues that aren't on their side, just making sure we succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we don't have any complaints. We are a happy customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Megaport is a primary upstream for us and we initially had global BGP reachability with a new IP space. They worked with us to make sure all AS-SETS were correct and everything in place for peers to correctly accept us.

Exceptional Support and Effortless Portal Experience

What do you like best about the product?
The sales and customer success team are responsive, easy to talk to and are incredibly helpful. Add to that a portal which is simple to use and turns around additions and changes in minutes, it makes for a relatively trouble and stress-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience with Megaport so far has been anything but seamless so nothing to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying external connectivity to cloud and managed service providers while reducing local infrastructure.

I really like the stability of Megaport. The initial setup was very simple, which made our setup process easier.

Fast, Hassle-Free Delivery That Exceeds Expectations

What do you like best about the product?
Megaport's ability to deliver their product, with diversity, quickly and with a minimum of overhead in terms of time spent "interacting" with either Megaport people or processes allowed us to complete our project in time, in budget and with significantly less "angst" than other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only comment would be "Keep training the front line guys (and girls)" - the more they know, and the more confidence they demonstrate around the product(s), features, functions and configuration the less it costs everyone!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to migrate compute and storage from several locations and consolidate it in a single, central, reliable place. Unfortunately, we needed to do this on a time budget. The result of the project is a lower overall cost and greater flexibility than we had in the previous locations.

Support in English, which may deter some.

Scalable Datacenter Internet connectivity, direct connections facilitated with the cloud, and L2 interconnection with our different Datacenters.
