    What do you like best about the product?
    The ROI has been clear and easy to justify. Our CSM is genuinely helpful and doesn't just disappear after onboarding. The platform itself is straightforward to use — no unnecessary complexity. Overall it's been a solid investment.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing that i can think of at this point.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We needed a way to reach buyers who were already actively looking — not just broad awareness. G2 helped us show up at the right moment in the buying journey. The review generation tools also made it easier to build credibility with social proof that actually moves the needle. Over time, our profile became a trust signal we could point prospects to, which has shortened some conversations considerably.

    What do you like best about the product?
    The UI is intuitive and I was able to find the explanations I needed to navigate the dashboards. The insights from user reviews can be analyzed to spot trends, and I like that there are live notifications whenever a new review comes in. The badge system is also useful, since it helps us see what stands out for our reviewers from quarter to quarter.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing really stands out. I’ve been using G2 for about a year, with support from the G2 team.

    What do you like best about the product?
    G2 provides genuine reviews. Whenever we plan to buy new software/platform we looks its review on G2 and Capterra.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Nothing as for now that I dislike about G2.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We rely on G2 reviews whenever we plan to buy new software/platform and in 90% cases we land-up with a good platform/software. Earlier finding a good software/platform was a key challenge for our company.

    What do you like best about the product?
    G2 Marketing Solutions has been a valuable platform for our team at Netcore. It gives us easy access to customer reviews, competitor insights, and market feedback in one place, helping us make better marketing and business decisions.

    The platform is simple to use, the dashboards are clear, and the insights are actionable. We’ve found the data especially useful for improving our messaging and for understanding customer expectations more effectively.

    We also appreciate G2's continuous improvements and innovations, especially features like AI integrations and In-App Reviews, which make the review collection process much more seamless and efficient.

    The integrations with LinkedIn and Salesforce work smoothly with our existing workflows, making it easy to use G2 data across teams.

    What stands out the most, though, is the support from their Account Executives. They are proactive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. It feels like working with a true partner who is invested in helping us get the most value from the platform.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Overall, our experience with G2 Marketing Solutions has been very positive, and there’s very little to dislike about the platform. The information is accurate, the interface is easy to use, and the reviews and insights are very helpful.

    One area where G2 could improve is offering more customization in reporting and filtering, especially when working with larger data sets.

    Support communication could also be a little faster and clearer at times. For example, when a review is submitted, it would be helpful to receive better updates or feedback if a review is not approved. A monthly report for disqualified reviews would also help.

    These are small improvements and do not take away from the overall value and reliability of the platform.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    G2 Marketing Solutions helps us reach new buyers and increase our brand visibility through real customer reviews and feedback. It helps position us as a trusted option for potential customers.
    The platform also makes it easy to compare software solutions and understand real user experiences, which helps us make better decisions and improve our marketing approach.
    Overall, G2 helps us build trust, improve visibility, and connect with the right audience more effectively. Sometimes we still do additional research for deeper insights, but G2 gives us a very strong starting point for any Sales/SDRs teams.

    I searched Out many Websites for Software Research but Found G2 as the best One. Our Company required List of Top RevOps Softwares so I just surfed g2 Website and got Genuine and Authentic Reviews which helped me a Lot to Submit the List on time. Its Best Feature is that You can Yourself Add Reviews for Products you want. Also G2's UI has Sofware Categorized in an Effective way so I just have to select the cateagory and read the Detailed and Balanced Review. Also G2 Provides us Various deals that are Going On under a Specific section of "Deals" which gives us discount on A Lot of Softwares.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    G2 About Software has No Problems but According to me G2's Review Moderation Process is Very Strict due to which some Users Can't Contribute Much to G2.com much smoothly and easily.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    G2 solves the Problem of Taking Risk for Free. Whenever We think to purchase any software, I turn to G2 and Analyze the reviews of that software which give me the idea about whether to buy it or not which helps in Preventing Loss on buying Useless products That Are not much effective. Also G2 Support works 24x7 to solve Our Query At the Latest.
