What do you like best about the product?
I like Oxylabs for its proxy speed, ease of use, and the support they offer. The initial setup was very easy, and overall, we like using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be better if they provided an option to choose if their IP has a 0 fraud score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs to change location for better targeting, helping with marketing. The proxy speed is great, it's easy to use, and the support is solid.
Effortless Setup and Reliable Performance for Global Data Extraction
What do you like best about the product?
OxyLabs is quite easy to set up and gives the freedom to choose the locations around the world. But one thing I like is that it is easy and accurate to check how much bandwidth you have left. When it comes to the speed and uptime, i cant complain as it meets my data extraction needs in a reasonable time. The IP quality is quite great too, I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there can be improvements when it comes to session holding, even in base offerings. And a on-screen demo or walk-through on how to set up the config JSON can help for new members. I had to check on YouTube just how to correctly generate my JSON and import it into the OxyLabs chrome extention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs is helping us understand our data offerings from the client's point of view, with the proxies we can access our APIs, and confirm what our clients see. As we expand our services with broos.io and Advert Network, during this long testing period, we must be about to start with a reliable proxy provider for our placements verifications and tech output confirmation by region before we go live.

Oxylabs works very well overall, but the pricing could be more flexible for small users, and some advanced settings could be easier to understand for beginners. A more detailed onboarding guide would make the experience even better.

I think a clear guide for beginners could be improved, but once you understand how to use them, it's not difficult. Also, the initial setup came with some confusions, but now that I understand the website, it's very easy.

Fast Proxies, Excellent UI, Needs More API Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
I use Oxylabs for multi-account setups and scraping. I find the proxies are very fast, actually faster than other providers, which keeps my APIs running very quickly. I like the UI; it's very nice, and I enjoy navigating and exploring it even when I don't need to. The quality of the proxies is impressive. They have unique IPs and very good static IPs that can even fool Google Ads. The setup was quick, taking just about 5 minutes, which I really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they have API to handle all by the APIs then I can implement with my SaaS but they don't, if they did I am giving all the stars for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Oxylabs provides faster proxies than other providers, speeding up my APIs. The unique and high-quality static IPs are effective, and the UI is enjoyable to navigate.
