Oxylabs: The Best Choice for Reliable and High-Quality Proxy Services
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things that I like most about using Oxylabs proxy service is the reliability and stability of the proxies. I have never experienced any downtime or connectivity issues, and the speed of the proxies is consistently fast. I also appreciate the wide selection of proxies available, including both residential and datacenter options, as well as the ability to customize my proxy package to fit my specific needs. The customer service is also top-notch, with helpful and responsive support staff available to assist with any questions or issues. Inability to turn on certain products without having to talk to an account manager.

Since we started our partnership with Oxylabs most of our issues have been solved. In addition to the quality of their services, Oxylabs is very concerned with their customer service. These are the main points that make us recommend Oxylabs to our partners.

Our countries have a big difference in time zones. It interferes with our communication.

There can be random micro outages when you buy a lot of proxies in many locations. They usually rent IPs in various DCs and may not have full control of quality.

- Proxy IPs are changed automatically after some time (so that blocked proxies won't stay forever)

What do you dislike about the product?
- Sometimes we receive net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED errors - but only for a very short time.
- At the beginning (about 1 year ago) we agreed on getting 4 different IP ranges for 100 IPs, currently we only have 1 IP range. I just checked it before the review. It looks like they silently changed it and probably we could get back 4 ranges for the same price, but it would have been better if we could rely on this.
