Good Service with Potential for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the Oxylabs service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Provide more detailed reports on proxy performance by sites and regions. Reduce blocks. Improve browser fingerprint rotation and emulation techniques to decrease bot detection. Better support for complex sites, especially those heavily based on JavaScript or using advanced CAPTCHAs. Improve the dashboard by adding more analytics, smart alerts, and automatic recommendations. More comprehensive developer integrations with more SDKs, code examples, and built-in tools to debug requests. More flexibility in pricing, offering small packages, pay-as-you-go, or more modular options. Faster and more specialized technical support, especially for urgent issues related to certain sites or high volumes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Oxylabs is specific and accurate, which also makes it precise. This is especially valuable because it helps me to make my job go faster and ensures I can respond to my job and employers without any internet interruption. I got assistance from the customer representative for the initial setup, making it quite easy, and I love it.

I use Oxylabs' residential proxies for my work online. I like the fact that they are strong, reliable, and also cheap. It was very easy to set up because the website is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love them to add more ISP providers in their residential proxies configuration. I think it would make it more residential as the name implies.

I use Oxylabs' residential proxies for complete anonymous access to the internet by masking my IP. They are strong, reliable, and affordable, making them a preferred choice over our previous datacenter solution.

I like the unlimited bandwidth feature from Oxylabs, which is regulated according to a fair usage policy. This is very helpful when developing a web proxy application on Android used by many users. I also appreciate the ease of implementation and user-friendly integration options, even though I am currently using Kotlin. Additionally, I am pleased with the ability to use concurrent sessions and the wide range of location options provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like is that the proxy username cannot be customized and changed again. Improve the documentation for mobile developer implementation, because currently the majority of proxy users are on mobile devices, both Android and iOS.

I like Oxylabs for its free trial mode, which is great. I find the Web Scraper API beneficial because I only pay per successful request, eliminating any external costs for me. The platform itself is pretty clear and straightforward, with an introduction video that makes it even easier. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

Oxylabs solves IP rate limiting issues for web scraping. I benefit from paying only per successful request with the Web Scraper API, which eliminates external costs.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Oxylabs for accessing protected websites and handling automated tasks without getting blocked. The speeds are solid, and the uptime is great. I really appreciate that their proxies don’t burn quickly like cheaper services. The support is fast and actually helpful. What I like most is that I don’t have to keep troubleshooting my proxies all the time; they’re stable, and once I set them up, they just work. It saves me time, especially when I run tasks that need rotating IPs for long hours without constant interruptions or resets like I did with cheaper services. It works well with automation tools and scripts, mainly for tasks that need rotating proxies, and it integrates well with browsers like Chrome via extensions and Python scripts when I need to collect data or run long sessions without blocks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest downside is the price. It’s noticeably higher than many other options, so it’s not ideal if someone has a small budget. Also, some of the advanced features could be easier to set up for new users. If they offered simpler plans or a more beginner-friendly setup, it would make things better. The initial setup wasn’t very easy. Some formats and connection options I expected to find weren’t available, so I had to spend extra time figuring out how to configure it properly. Once it’s set up, it works fine, but the first steps could definitely be more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I believe Oxylabs is the best option amongst proxy services to achieve my goals. I think their proxy and good IP offerings will help prevent issues I faced previously, such as account restrictions when registering on sites. Additionally, I find their website's user interface very appealing and easy to navigate, which is why I might rate it an 8 out of 10 when recommending it to others. Although I haven't fully utilized all the features yet, my initial impression is positive with expectations of an easy setup and beneficial use.

We’ve been using Oxylabs proxies for almost four years now, and honestly, they’ve been rock solid the whole time. The service has been smooth, fast, and incredibly reliable — failures were so rare they were basically a non-issue. Because of that consistency, we recently switched from monthly billing to an annual plan. At this point we’re confident we’ll be sticking with Oxylabs for years to come. If you need a dependable proxy provider, these guys have definitely earned our trust.
What do you dislike about the product?
As for dislikes… honestly, there isn’t much to point at. Their customer support has always been quick and helpful, and the service itself just works. If anything, the only “problem” is that we’ve gotten so used to things running smoothly that it’s easy to forget how rare that is in this space.

Oxylab's wide range of sub-nets has been a huge win for us. What do you like best about the product?
Oxylabs offers great rotating residential proxies for private and business usage, which comes in handy. Oxylabs covers most of the world from a geographical perspective, which is useful. We use the rotating residential proxies on a flexible metered plan, but Oxylabs also offers fixed monthly plans for large scale users. The proxies are configurable to most needs. The rotating residential proxies are relative easy to set-up and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Oxylabs would offer the possibility to schedule a daily summary report of usage and costs.

Access to data on the internet that otherwise is restricted from a geolocation perspective.
