What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us via multiple products. We use IPs to scrape a few retailers, We also use other products to directly to get HTML for a few retailers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Oxylabs because of the reliability of their proxy network and high success rate. It's very helpful for large-scale data extraction from eCommerce websites, solving issues like blocking and CAPTCHA difficulties. The consistent data quality and better uptime are also big positives. Plus, the initial setup was very easy, and they maintain clear communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
If they can provide price at a more reasonable rate, it would be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Oxylabs for large-scale data extraction with high success rates. It solves blocking and Captcha issues, ensuring better uptime and consistent data quality.
Easy Oxylabs Setup with Helpful Pre-Built Connectors and Auto Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I'm at home on the couch. I just needed to get this off my plate. Oxylabs was pretty easy to set up. I didn't hit any major walls and it's working as expected as we're getting information from various sources into our warehouse. I liked how many pre-built connectors it had because then I wouldn't have to be a genius to figure out how to get it to work. I was happy it didn't blow anything up during the last large sync and it does auto update which is helpful since we're a small team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The number of emails they send me is way too high and I barely utilize even half of their service offerings. When we move a lot of data through the platform it becomes quite pricey. I'd love if there were a little friendlier pricing model for smaller startup companies. The user interface can sometimes appear slow or lag while editing the schema settings and also it can feel somewhat slow processing a large volume of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to avoid manually extracting all of that information ourselves. We used to have the same type of information spread across Google Sheets and random ad account platforms. Now it simply pulls everything together into one location so we're able to better track and understand what's happening and also it's saving my team countless hours that would have otherwise been spent developing customized solutions. It provides us error-free access to our data within our reporting applications. I'm also just happy I don't have to fight with APIs every single day.

Exceptional Support and Easy Setup with Oxylabs
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Oxylabs for their support system and dedicated Relationship Manager, who is always available for any issues. The RM is easily reachable by call or messages, and we get expedited support when our business needs it, making Oxylabs very reliable. I also like their competitive pricing for enterprise customers and the fact that the initial setup was very easy due to their great documentation and support.

I use Oxylabs for Webunblocker proxies to get around IP blocks and scrape the web at scale. Their support system is excellent, with a dedicated RM always reachable for expedited support, making Oxylabs very reliable.
User-Friendly and Fast, But Pricing Could Be Better
What do you like best about the product?
I find Oxylabs really easy to use and appreciate its fast performance. The API is straightforward and predictable, which adds reliability to my tasks. I also value the pricing structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the pricing is a little bit more expensive than other competitors. So I would usually shop around instead of going straight to Oxylabs.

I use Oxylabs to proxy data from various software by providing rotating IP addresses, which solves our need for data integration.
Super Easy App Integration with Flexible Multi-User Setup
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to set up and integrate within apps especially with the multi user based methodology for each service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Kind of hard to get total usage display in an app. I find myself having to open oxylabs dashboard a couple of times per day to see my balance.

What do you like best about the product?
I used Oxylabs to bypass geo-blocked websites, and it worked pretty great. I like that it just works. The pricing is not bad, and the initial setup was super easy. I also appreciate that it helped me make requests from Heroku to a US-blocked website.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Oxylabs pretty easy to integrate with, as it wasn't much of a hassle. I really like having multiple locations to choose from in residential proxies, which is a good choice for me and one of the main important deal breakers. Also, I haven't had any problems with latency or data usage, and everything is working great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it inconvenient that switching out a proxy location is behind a paywall. It would be better if I could easily change a location or port without it being restricted.
