Jiminny - why I rate it so highly

What do you like best about the product?
The people who work there are super helpful and the product is both brilliant AND easy to use with lots of functionality. I don't have much experience with competitors as we have had no reason to change currently!
What do you dislike about the product?
VERY rarely I lose a recording which is a problem for me as I send every recording out to the clients I work with for them to use. That said the support team are SOOOO helpful they work incredibly hard to solve any issue in very quick time!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its the best way I know of to both record, save and then send out to clients which is my main focus in my role I do (I train people how to use our own software and use Jiminny to record and then send out the recordings with the idea that they can keep them and use them in the future. It also allows me to analyse my recordings and crop them to send the relevant parts.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps with coaching the sales team by using the comments and frameworks capabilities. The client success manager is very responsive and proactive in improving the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inflexible pricing - for a team that is often changing in numbers, the pricing is not revised downwards if there are less users per month, any additional seats must be added for the full contract

Training the sales team - improving conversion rates

What do you like best about the product?
You are able to view an overview of your call at a quick glance, which is incredibly helpful when you have a lot of calls to look over. It stores your calls, and has an easy search function to help find these when you need to look back.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the interfaces confuses the speakers and thinks that the customer is you, or vice versa. I believe the team are aware of this and working on improving this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny allows you to find action points from a call in a few minutes when time is very valuable, instead of having to listen to the whole thing, taking up a lot of your valuable working time. Being able to share snippets if important information internally is also very beneficial and solves the problem of looking for information.

What do you like best about the product?
Probably the only piece of software I wish we'd rolled out sooner. It allows us to:

1. Use real-life call recordings to do proper sales coaching (table stakes nowadays)

2. Use tonnes of data points to measure performance

3. Automate note taking - it uses AI to provide you with a shortened summary of what happened in each call (not perfect but it's the best I've seen so far)

4. Use real-life sales meeting snippets to inform product/marketing strategy

5. Update Hubspot fields without having to actually go into Hubspot - it provides you with a side-kick tool where you can quickly update the relevant CRM fields and add notes.

And shout out to Becky and Mike who have been excellent to work with during the sales and onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't used the deal management functionality that much. But then I don't have any issues managing deals via the Hubspot pipeline view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording meetings so that we can improve sales performance and use real-life customer insights to inform product/marketing strategy.

I have been so impressed with Jiminny. I have been pleasantly surprised on the level of integration.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a high level of integration while also maintaining ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is difficult for Jiminny to distinqush between external and internal meetings, so the note taker has to be added manually, removed manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us organize our calls in a more digestable way, while also providing better self-coaching and mentor coaching resources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at the cost of what you get. Incredible value.

What do you like best about the product?
The useful tools, like snippets and how it runs seamlessly in the background of calls.

Honestly, it's tricky to say, Jiminny does everything you want it to do and more!

Jiminny allows me to very easily and seamlessly record my virtual meetings so that I can then watch them back and learn from them

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easily I can search for snippets within a call to back up my meeting notes. And how easliy it is to share call snippets internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jimminy can be a little glitchy at times

Jiminny gives me confidence that if anything is not clear or has been missed during a cleitn call, I will be able to go back and glean the appropriate information in the recording.

What do you like best about the product?

Right now seems very intuitive. Im fairly new to it so havent found a dislike yet

Being able to easily check claims made by clients that something was discussed during previous conversations to confirm or deny if this was true

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is a fantastic tool, that I'd truly recommend to other organisations/people who want to learn and improve but also track back and see if they missed any key info from calls. It's also great to join in on colleagues' calls to support and guide or even just take notes from other people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there isn't anything I dislike with the tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to go back and double-check key info a prospect has said
- Able to show my colleagues the type of personality they'll be dealing with when having a demo

Jiminny is incredible for remote sales leaders

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Jiminny for over 12 months now and it has helped us manage our remote sales team incredlibly well. It is easy to use and feature rich. Hubspot intergration is very handy. The people at Jiminny are also one of the key drivers we stay. Very helpful and will to support us across many different timezones from the UK. The ability to be able to share content is also nice, particularly being able to share outside of the platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact I don't really need to speak to Mike and the CS team too often. Once set up and trained it has been seemless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding all of the conversations that lead up to a deal close is very interesting. The context is great for any problems that may arise later. Yes - Jimminy has improved performance.

It is also a great knowldege back to support onboarding new sales team members.
