Useful to automatically record calls
What do you like best about the product?
It's useful to automatically record calls within Zoom, it's nice to be able to create different playlists, and the search functionality is decent. I also like that company teams are listed, so you can filter, share, and search by that criteria.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way within Zoom itself to start Jiminny once a meeting participant has given consent to be recorded. Maybe this is possible, but if so, I haven't found it. Also, I wish there was a way to share a URL for a playlist, without having to "invite" people to it. I don't want to bombard people with emails, I just want to list playlist URLs somewhere, and have people be able to access them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a good way to record calls, and have them be available to anyone in the company right after the call. Especially with Zoom, it's nice to not have to download the recording and put it in some shared space, or have it be saved in Zoom without an obvious way for people to find it/gain access to it.
ADORE Jiminny
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny just actually works and everyone who works there is amazing. I manage our tech stack for our whole commercial function and therefore am very familiar with the typical complexities of setting up new tech and integrations (and how much often goes wrong or takes ages) and also with the support you get from software providers. From day one, Jiminny just worked and our onboarding has been amazing. The integration set up (with HubSpot, Teams, Zoom, Gmail) took seconds synched perfectly. Also - massive shoutout to the Sidekick feature which everyone needs in their life. I've never found it so easy to get a whole commercial team bought in and onboarded to a new bit of software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I literally cannot think of anything I could write here - I like everything about Jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jiminny to record all of our prospect and customer meetings across our commercial function (roughly 40 users across the UK & the US). We use it for training & coaching and also for teams to be able to catch up with calls they've not attended personally. We also use the Sidekick for live meeting notes as we often have folks from multiple teams joining calls i.e. AM and CS and also to log calls / meeting types for our reporting in HubSpot.
After experience with Gong and Chorus, was VERY pleased to get to know Jiminny.

Really easy call sharing / editing with customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes calls can take some time to load in their product after the call wraps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me to be in 10 places at once, never forget key customer details and allows me to easily share call recordings with clients.
Aesthetically pleasing, never breaks, love the dashboard

I love the layout and the ease of use! Transcript is my favourite feature

Nothing, we're working on getting it integrated with Salesloft as dialling is manual using the extension

What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. Total transparency with team. Excellent tool for coaching and feedback.

As a marketer, I use it to listen to the chalenges and needs of our prospective and existing clients. This helps me tune my messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI-driven 'call section' part doesn't seem to work as it's meant to - often will label incorrect parts of the call as 'BANT' or negotiation etc.

I couldn't listen to calls as they happened, I could only read notes on the crm.
Amazing conversation intelligence and call coaching tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny has enabled us to record and understand what is working with our calls and where to improve. It has been great for building out playlists of calls and helping different teams in Hurree with coaching and making improvements in different areas from cold calls to demos and onboarding calls. We have different teams in the company using Jiminny and everyone loves the product. The sales cycle and onboarding of Jiminny was a smooth process and customer support has been excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of many downsides to using Jiminny. There were some technical issues when we initially started our trial but they were very quickly rectified by the team at Jiminny.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny is helping us to record different types of calls from cold calls to demos and onboardings. It has helped us to quickly identify areas we are doing well so that we can do more of this and also identify areas that need improvement. Jiminny has meant that we have leveled up coaching and feedback within the company and everyone that has used it has taken well to it and given positive feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
Playlists! I can save types of conversations by product, team, region, colleague and share with contributors and those who want to listen and learn from others.
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time we experience technical issues. The transcripts are ok but the majority of time they don't pick up exact language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Non-Sales colleagues can get close to the customer conversations and see first hand the impact we're making, problems we're solving/not solving, the challenges we're working through and how we're closing deals.
Crucial software for improving sales skills
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is great and is an essential toolfor any sales role. I use it primarily for its analytics, which tells me if I am talking too quickly and if there are words I use a lot during a meeting. There are many more uses for it, but those are my favorite.

I have no complaints for jiminny it has done great for me thus far

Jiminny makes it so I do not need to worry about note-taking during outbound calls, and it provides valuable analytics on my conversations
