Easy to Use and Extremely Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is really easy to use for both listening back to calls and finding calls that you are interested in. I use Jiminny for every single call I have and often reference the to-do items I get in their follow-up emails. The transcript is very easy to search and I use it often. I've used other call recording tools and Jiminny is by far my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could share calls that other people own. Perhaps that is they way our instance is set up though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recording calls to share with customers and to listen back to for more detail or follow-up items.
Great for peer to peer feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny makes it really easy to get peer feedback on your calls and to identify areas for personal development by having key words tagged. It easily integrated with Google Meet in order have the notetaker join calls and record them easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggle sometimes to search for calls and find calls that will be relevant for me to listen back to if they are not in a playlist or sent to me directly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jiminny helps us learn from each other in ways we were not able to before - we can hear how others are delivering content, share that with each other and with customers and all learn along the way.

What do you like best about the product?
The transcript has become increasingly helpful to scan through previous recorded client calls.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the only limintations to me are the access permissions I have in the platform probably but can't do much about that as the site is administered by a different part of my firm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to train colleagues in real-life situations can be difficult to achieve. This gives my team sight of colleague's calls for training purposes and my own note-taking.
Jiminny makes you feel present
What do you like best about the product?
Using Jiminny makes me feel present, if there is a slice of information I've missed, I know i can listen back on the recording. I can also develop the conversation further by listening back in my own time and digging deeper during the next call or via email.
It enables my team to review my content, enhancing my presention skills and also spot any gaps that I might have missed!

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how it shows up on google hangout as a person
Easy to forget to add it to a call that you have not created
Quite often, after a client call I catch up with another collegue, so I have removed jiminny at the end of the call with the client. This as then deleted the whole recording which was gutting!

What do you like best about the product?
It transcribes and analyzes the call well, I like how it highlights certain insights. I appreciate the export possibilities so I can share snippets easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jiminny is a good platform overall but I think it lacks some of the Enterprise features that I would expect from as tool of this nature.

It helps me not have to manually take notes. It helps me reflect on my performance and coaching.

Cant delete vidoes as a user, this can be a pain!

What do you like best about the product?
Jiminny is so easy to use - check in advance that it will join your calls, or quickly add it (although it sometimes fails with Teams if you don't own the call).
Focusing on your call without worrying about taking notes has been quite liberating. I also love the ability to share snippets with other teams - product feedback quickly sent to Product or issues shown on calls directly sent to Support.
Referring back to questions, providing each other feedback, reflecting on who was most engaged on the call and identifying potential risks have allowed us to ramp up our game.

Such a shame that Jiminny does not work in other languages. As soon as we have a call in another language, we need to revert back to taking notes, etc. Ironic that the AI will still try and make up an analysis of your call though, I wish it just admitted it couldn't help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving the way we handle calls (did I miss opportunities to ask questions, pick up on a pain?) and making sure you don't miss any action item.
Losing intel when the account owners changes - it allows new teams to watch the last calls and get up to speed.

What do you like best about the product?
There's so many things that I love about Jiminny, but I have to say that the AI generated summary is always so spot on and saves me so much time. The fact it records and rates the conversations is amazing, and that it just keeps a whole record of everything quickly and easily is just perfect!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no down sides to Jiminny, however I would love it if I could just make ad-hoc calls to my clients from my phone and for them to be stored and recorded in Jiminny, but I'm not currently able to do that.

It records the whole conversation which is just great for records, but it does so much more

Connection to outlook and CRM was a simple process. No need to write anything down, transcript is great and call summary can be posted straight into CRM, meaning meetinbg notes are accurate and no longer a chore

Haven't found anything negative to report yet

I am not great with taking written notes and capturing everything accurately - notetaker takes that stress away from me.
