Excellent way to manage meeting history!

What do you like best about the product?
We have found great value in being able to record meetings to make sure we are all on the same page, on top of action items and what was discussed. It has also been helpful to review demos and understand what was shown to the customer at the time of purchase so we can make sure we fulfill any and all commitments made during the sales process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to download the recording in a useable format is challenging. This needs to be changed to being able to download to an MP4
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the documented meeting history is great to refer back to and make sure we have a solid understanding of our commitments.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to search and find previous calls and meetings. It also provides great feedback regarding the listing skills, longest pitch etc

I believe that the transcrpit could be more accurate

What do you like best about the product?
Having used a number of different tools for call recording across our business Jiminny is categorically the best option of them all. Its cost-effective, easy to use,

The customer support and onboarding from the team is fantastic. They walk you through all of the tool's elements but push you to use it to its fullest potential rather than just settle for the basics.

The AI functionality is incredibly focused and functional compared to others.

Has EU data hosting options.

Integrates easily with our current tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing significant I have found.

My only minor quibble is the video playback screen is a little small if you are trying to view presentations from calls without full screening, but that is really scraping the barrel.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the meeting notes, if I forget the action points from my calls they're right there for me to look back over. I use Jiminny everyday!
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I dislike, a lot of recent updates have solved any dislikes that I preiously had

Call recording, highlighting the key points of my conversation in case I forget. I never miss an action point

Sometimes the notetaker is not automatically added and I need to manually add it

What do you like best about the product?
upsides are user friend and ease of use, any struggle with finding a call their is a help line that is 24/7 and answers any questions.

What do you like best about the product?
Jimminy is great for allowing our sales team to share, watch and analyse our calls across the business. Everyone uses it every day and it has now become a staple for the team. It was easy to set up, and had little to no learning curve. Their support has been great, and everything integrated seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI could improve within a recroding as it can be a little cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jimminy helps us review, coach and improve our sales team through conversation intelligence. We also use it to share snippets of customer requests with the product team, when a customer mentions something they would like to see on our roadmap.

What do you like best about the product?
Filters are straight forward and easy to use.

You can search through all your calls for keyboards.

What do you dislike about the product?
some of the UI toggles and sliders dont work quite as well as I would like. They get the job done, but I feel I waste too much time trying to figure out how to get the filters to find the calls or snippet I want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Alot of my sales calls are very similar and I have to go back and review talking points. Jiminy makes this easy for me.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally, I find the ability to go back and review a call super simple. Being able to take a clip from that call and forward it has been a game changer for internal communications and helped with client-facing comms as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I need to wait around for the video to process before it's ready to review/clip.

I think some updates to the sidekick note taker pop up would be great. There have been too many times where I end up losing what notes I had in the sidekick as it refreshed and I lost my typed up text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to review past calls and find opportunities to improve.

The AI summaries have been nice to easily see action items after a call.
