    Jiminny is our helpful approach, that provides us with features for transcription, recording, and analyzing all the customer conversations or insights.
    The tool gives us impressive and AI enhanced insights and this helps in improving sales performance and assist us in identifying coaching opportunities
    We get accurate call highlights and summaries and this ensures that we quickly get updated reviews on significant discussions
    The integration that Jiminny gives us with other CRM tools assist us in consistently keeping customer records aligned and updated with sales activities
    We get versatile collaboration support from this application and it ensures the management share insights on calls
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Jiminny gives some AI generated insights or summaries that may need consistent manual review to make sense or be accurate
    Some transcriptions errors occurs and this may alter the entire experience
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jiminny doesn’t need any manual note taking, more so on customer calls or during sales
    The program supports our sales team with accurate coaching practices and this happens by providing visibility on matters real time conversations

    What do you like best about the product?
    I like Jiminny's call recordings and transcripts because they make follow-ups and internal discussions easier. It's much simpler to check what was discussed than to rely only on CRM notes. I appreciate that newer reps can listen to older discovery or demo calls from senior team members. This really helped during onboarding, as they could hear actual customer conversations and objections, rather than just going through training sessions. Jiminny has made day-to-day sales less hectic, as reps no longer have to depend solely on memory or short CRM notes during follow-ups. It saves my time as a manager because I can review important parts of calls myself without needing detailed updates from reps repeatedly. Integrating Jiminny with HubSpot and Zoom was straightforward, and it significantly helps during pipeline reviews, as we can cross-check actual customer conversations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    The platform is not perfect though. In longer meetings with several participants, speaker names sometimes need manual correction, and transcripts occasionally miss technical terms. I think it could improve more in meetings where multiple people speak one after another very quickly. In some of our longer customer calls, speaker labels get mixed and then reps need to manually check parts of the transcripts later. For transcripts, it would help if technical product names or industry terms were picked up more accurately. Most normal conversations work fine, but fast discussions sometimes miss smaller details and need attention.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jiminny helps with tracking sales calls and demos, reducing reliance on memory or brief CRM notes. It provides call recordings and transcripts for quick reviews and aids new reps by letting them learn from past calls. Managers can review calls without constant checks with reps.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I love how Jiminny is easy to use, especially when it comes to finding calls. The AI features are great for saving time by asking questions about our sales demos. I also find the chatbox facility useful, and the ability to search for key terms works well. Setting up Jiminny was straightforward and uncomplicated.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Sometimes the Salesforce integration isn't great, as we are unable to use internal tagging on Jiminny.

    I use Jiminny for call listening, saving time with AI features that ask questions about our sales demos.

    What I like most about Jiminny:

    1. Excellent recording quality
    2. Powerful AI features - especially the chat, where you can ask questions about what was discussed during the call
    3. The collaborative aspect is fantastic and really supports coaching, training, and onboarding

    I would highly recommend it!
    What do you dislike about the product?
    - Occasionally runs into a few bugs, which can make the transcript harder to view
    - Sharing snippets or videos outside your team/setup isn’t very straightforward and often requires workarounds, which can slow down collaboration
    - The Sidekick feature doesn’t integrate very well with our CRM tool and could be improved
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Jiminny solves the problem of tracking and accessing key information from calls by making everything easily searchable and traceable. This is especially valuable for coaching and onboarding, as it allows teams to learn from real conversations. It also significantly improves collaboration by making insights and recordings easy to share and discuss across the team.
