What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface of glider and the coding question and creation. Its very simple to create a test.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike. sometimes we don't get the video link but it was solved

We use for our Java, Python, Tableau, Frontend & Backend technical skills for our consultants

What do you like best about the product?
It saves recruiter time for recruting the new hires. It has improved the business performance as well as the productivity. It's user interface is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am using it from last 1 year and did not faced any issue while using Glider Ai. So highly recommend for the recruiters to save their time
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the ability for customizing the tests. It also have the video recording and cheat detection and gives the valuable insights for the candidate performance
No longer a luxury, now a requirement

Skill validation. Resumes are just words on paper; Glider validates the skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is great. I have yet to find anything I dislike about the product.

Reduces time to hire. Decreases the interview time and validates the skills before the hiring manager ever speaks with the candidate.

We mostly get technical positions like Java Developer, Front end, Backend, Python, Tableau few no IT role. It helps me to gain confidence while submitting profile to the client.

Glider AI's advanced capabilities in automating multiple tasks have resulted in a massive increase in productivity and efficiency. One thing that I like the most about Glider AI is it's effortless language processing which makes the user experience very rich.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about GliderAi is its incapability to understand the full context of the user. Sometimes, it ends up answering out-of-context questions without understanding what was asked to it. It requires to be prompted accurately to get the correct results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a user, I can say GliderAI has great customer support; they jump onto resolving queries or concerns very quickly. It is also a great tool for content creators as it generates awesome ideas and content such as articles, blogs, social media posts and can basically help you write any piece of content with ease.

What do you like best about the product?
That it delivers quick, unlike the traditional method of hiring, when you hire through Glider AI, it delivers you your expectations much quicker than others, being in the hospitality industry, we need to hire folks almost every week. Without the help of Glider, I couldn't see it happening this easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, I can say this again and again. As far as I have used Glider, I haven't found a single thing that I would dislike about it. Absolutely amazing platform for recruitment.

Being in the hospitality industry, it was getting very tough for us to hire good talent on a regular basis. We would spend a lot on recruitment, and then also see disappointing results, and then we started using Glider, we have seen an immense amount of speed and professionalism in our hiring processes. Because of which we are scaling continuously and the retention rate has also seen a hike.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's genuinely nothing to dislike. It is free and straightforward to use. You can log in within seconds and send the assessment to candidates without hassle.

Working in a recruitment/staffing lifecycle makes qualifying candidates for a particular job easier. It is easy to use, and the real-time screenshot capture makes it more advance to shortlist candidates.
