We've been using OmniAI for a while now, and it's been working really well for us. We take in a lot of unstructured user messages daily, and the PostgreSQL connector has been super helpful. It let us start running analytics across our user logs without doing all the data engineering we had planned for.
It was nice being able to use all the models on AWS, which helped a ton to find the right price/quality point. The biggest win for us was being able to run everything on our own VPC. Checked all the boxes on the security side.
Overall, excited to keep using the product. OmniAI does the job well and has been a reliable part of our tech stack.
