What do you like best about the product?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is a reliable and easy-to-use tool for data modeling and data integration. The platform also connects well with other systems, so it becomes easier to build and manage workflows. It also supports automation and real-time data updates, which is another good thing about the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, performance can slow down when working with large amounts of data or complex workflows. Overall, the platform is powerful; improving ease of use and learning support would make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies data integration and workflow automation, reducing manual effort and saving time. For me, it has helped me to improve productivity by making data more accessible and workflows easier to manage, allowing me to focus more on important tasks instead of handling data manually.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about the ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is its ability to unify data from multiple systems into a single, real-time layer without heavy data movement. It enables smarter, context-aware workflows, reduces silos, and helps organizations make faster, data-driven decisions while maintaining strong governance and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is that it can be complex to implement and requires a good understanding of data architecture and integrations. Initial setup, mapping, and governance policies can take time, especially in large enterprises with many legacy systems. Additionally, performance may depend on external system responsiveness, and licensing or scaling costs can become high as usage grows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric solves the problem of fragmented data across multiple systems by creating a unified, real-time data layer without heavy duplication. It eliminates the need for complex integrations and manual data handling, reducing errors and delays. What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is it's ability to unify and operationalize data across organisation in real time.It provides single layer with connected data that easily helps in decision making. Upsides are connecting multiple data sources into one platform for workflows and AI, faster integration with minimal efforts, real time data access etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI for non technical users are slightly difficult to understand. Pricing is also challenging for small organisations. Advanced capabilities are present in only high tier packages which costs more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier we used ADF+ databricks to load data from multiple sources. ServiceNow workflow data fabric is solving multi data sources integration easily without any heavy ETL configuration. Prebuilt connectors and features like zero data access makes easy to use data in real time without any complexity.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the way ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric handles zero copy connectors to provide instant data access. It reduces the total ownership cost for the organization because we don't need to use different systems. It also manages itself well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The execution speed depends on other systems since the queries are spread across those systems. The initial setup was not very straightforward, I'd give it a 6/10 in terms of complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric to unite distributed systems into a single layer. It helps with slow ETLs by providing instant data access and reduces total ownership cost by eliminating the need for different systems.

What do you like best about the product?
I truly appreciate how it unified all of my data from various platforms and allows me to use it within workflows without cross requiring a lot of integration work. I can now access real-time data and make decisions more quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the platform is a bit difficult, and using it successfully requires technical know-how. Large datasets can occasionally cause performance to lag.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the challenge of disconnected data across systems by centralising it intow one accessible lawyer. This allows me to automate workflows more effectively and make faster, data-driven decisions. As a result, it saves time, reduces manual work, and improves overall productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric removes the biggest bottleneck in automation by dealing with disconnected data effectively. I appreciate the unified data approach that doesn't require heavy integration work and offers real-time data access for workflows. I love how it shifts the mindset from 'integration-first' to 'workflow-first' and decouples data from systems. It significantly reduces long-term technical debt and enables true end-to-end automation. ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric is a strong enabler for AI, which is often underrated, and it improves the experience for developers and admins. The best thing is how it delivers visible business value quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial setup was moderately complex and wasn't plug-and-play. We had to define data models, integrations, and governance upfront, which was a bit challenging. There's also complexity in initial setup that could benefit from more guided setup, templates, or low-code onboarding flows. Troubleshooting becomes tricky when data flows across multiple systems. I think there should be better fallback mechanisms or offline data handling, more intuitive governance dashboards and policy automation, and better visualization of data flows and business impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric integrates with our Workday HR system to automate workflows, resolves disconnected data issues, and offers unified data without heavy integration. It shifts focus from integration to workflows, reducing technical debt, improving developer experience, and quickly delivering visible business value.

Transforms Data Management, But Demands Keen Setup

What do you like best about the product?
I love that ServiceNow Workflow Data Fabric has made managing data across different sites so much easier by enabling us to pull real-time data directly into our workflows without needing to build complicated and fragile connections. I appreciate how it has cleared our technical backlog and significantly accelerated our AI tool rollouts. What I like most is the speed of deployment, as we no longer spend weeks or months building custom integrations for each project. It works especially well in feeding our AI and GenAI initiatives, turning AI insights into actual results and allowing our AI to initiate workflows automatically by being securely connected to our live data. We've also seen great results integrating it with Microsoft 365 and Teams to automate our communication loops.
What do you dislike about the product?
The results are great, but the setup and learning curve are quite steep. It’s not a 'plug-and-play' tool. You really need a dedicated team that understands both your old data systems and ServiceNow to get it working correctly. It takes a lot of careful planning at the start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage data across sites with ease, getting real-time data without complex connections. It reduces manual data entry errors, speeds AI deployment, and automates workflows effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
It access data easily from the external system, also the interface that it provides is human friendly, it can track everything in one workflow, it is also customisable according to your needs
What do you dislike about the product?
Many features are license based which make this costly, also sometimes it depends on external tool for data integration, also it required skills to master this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to create a single view by collecting data from my firewall, monitoring tool and ticketing tool. It auto fetch ,create and assign the tickets based on conditions.

What do you like best about the product?
It's unified data access along with the cost efficiency it provides is what I like the most. It also provides secure and instant access to platforms like Big query and Snowflake.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a complexity related to setup and governance. It also has a limited advanced analytics. While the platform offers robust integration capabilities it may lakh advanced analytics features compared to other solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving many problems related to real time event processing extensive connectors legacy system support and partner ecosystem. For example if you need to integrate service now with snowflake for real time analytics it can be done in few simple 4 to 5 steps.
