A simple approach to an additional layer of protection
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using AuthPoint for over 12 months and have found it to be very simple to use. Being able to use the mobile app to replace some other 3rd party apps is handy, and even better is the ability to customise the entries in the app with logo and description. I like the additional layer of protection MFA provides my identity too.
Whether I'm connected to the Internet, or working offline, AuthPoint has been simple, reliable and user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
The product is certainly still maturing so there are naturally some missing features however I believe these are in the roadmap for development and will be delivered soon enough. There's really nothing I dislike about AuthPoint though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing simple MFA to protect my network login identity and device. Allows me to reduce the need for regular password changes (but still keep it complex). I have a high level of confidence in my security profile, and that of my company
Cloud based MFA portal, intuitive and quick implementation.
What do you like best about the product?
The Authpoint portal being could based is accessible through any device with the option of soft/hard token is a plus for our company whose has many staffs travelling worldwide. I can monitor staff token sign in history and access within a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can take some time and research to integrate into existing firewall, online documentation from WatchGuard could be more user friendly (hard to search for precise information)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Resolve our regulatory and business requirement for MFA and single sign on for our business & clients. Staffs find it user friendly and doesnt require much training.

Multiple region for Authpoint authentication & signin method. Supports soft/hard token.
Comprehensive and easy to deploy MFA
What do you like best about the product?
Integrates easily with enterprise applications. Our users love they can use authenticator with their personal credentials for other platforms that support Google Authenticator.
What do you dislike about the product?
MFA is somewhat new to end users making it difficult to adopt. WatchGuard Authpoint solution makes it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA protects our resources from bad /easy password policies.
Realy good software

I love the fact that its simple to use and reliable.

I found it hard to understand how it works and how it has to be used at first.

Its simple to use. We only use it for MFA with ssl vpn

First take your time to read the documentation completely

It’s a really good tool that WatchGuard are always evolving to make it better by the minute

I think some of the feature like the use with VPN’s need more feature like auto push and accepting pin

Security is the key thing that it solves and stopping brute force attacks primarily

This is the most complete MFA for logon and very user friendly app

What do you like best about the product?
The easiness of the installation, configuration and implementation almost surpasses the simplicity of using the added security. Just great!

It's a bit tricky to use the Office365 integration, many pitfalls of configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to change passwords is almost eradicated, the user is getting the feel for being safe, it's genuine and true too.
A decent MFA Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Works okay but isn't most intuitive solution. Additional documentation would be a big plus

Documentation for integration with Office 365 is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Authpoint works well for desktop/rds but not well for securing 365 MFA.
A product that increase your security in VPN connections
What do you like best about the product?
It is a powerfull tool, leaving the conection to the user, and they fell the security when they have to open and approbe the connection. The app is very simple and the password on the token I think is very positive. Also the connection with the Firebox makes easy to open the firewall to that users or groups
What do you dislike about the product?
The server that you have to create is not clear how to configure, the connection between the firebox and the server is very strange, but when you have done, all works great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best security in the VPN connection, all the responsability is for the user, and he can see what is he done. Every day my users use AutnPoint and the feeling for all of them is very good

Don't frustrate in the implementation, because when you finish the product is very powerfull and reliable

the safety I feel with the multi authentication

down side is if you are on a airplane you can not get access sometimes to wifi to get authenticated.

in todays world its all about a safe network and this is just another layer of security
