Your endpoint management solution all wrapped up in single portal.
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint central is an amazing product. Having the ability to patch, remotely access/troubleshoot, configure, and deploy Golden Images to new PCs, report, etc is top-notch. We went from manually supporting hundreds of computers to automate most things. Endpoint Central has saved us COUNTLESS hours and allowed us to focus on more critical projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike hunting drivers for OS deployments. After coming from an organization that uses Smart Deploy, Manage Engine could really take a page from their playbook. The ability to choose what type of devices you need drivers for and the drivers automatically being downloaded in a pack is a very nice feature. If they added a feature like this to their OS deployer, my frustration with trial and error on new computers would be nonexistent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned above, we were manually supporting hundreds of computers. Supporting the computers this way was unstainable, and things were going unfixed for extended times. Endpoint central has given us the ability to be more secure and automate most of these tasks.

Endpoint Security Addon feature is missing from Endpoint Central cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us to meeting regulatory requirement with respect to desktop patching and also support endpoint management remote deployment tasks. This solution has been a key decision for us to onboard and cover WFA scenario.
Great management tool for Small and Large IT Environments.
What do you like best about the product?
After setup, using this application is very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup can be time consuming, but that is normal for such an application made to work in multiple types of environments,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine allows us to track our assets and patching needs and integrates great with Service Desk +.
The Full Unified Package
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity is what sold us on the UDM and the MDM software; adding profiles and changing them in real-time has saved us as a company a significant amount of time. Being able to actually report back on what company assets are doing and what value they are bringing to the company is a real pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are bugs, but what software doesn't have bugs? I'm confident that ManageEngine will resolve these bugs in due time; the support is good, and we tend to get a response within a few hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a real issue with managing our assessments with ManageEngines help and support; we have been able to overcome this; we can fully customise our Mobiles to limit users on what they can do. One of our most significant issues was to have unified control over our desktops, and with ManageEngines built-in tools for remote controls, it's even easier for us as a company to support our users.
Retail Industry Review of Endpoint Central

The simple task of repetitively and automatically managing our geographically dispersed environment from one pane of glass.
All in One Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Our primary use for this solution is to manage critical operational and security updates for OS and third-party applications. Both of the purposes are served in very efficient ways through this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of the available functions has been hard as there are so many functional evenues to get familiar with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing full control of the endpoint for tech support activities, patch deployment, and management.
It has almost all the features I need
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboards and reports are easy to use and keep me informed of endpoint status and patch installations.
Do not need additional software for remote control
The Cloud version was easy to set up and could use the basic features immediately.

What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve of some advanced features.
The cloud version's remote office concept is confusing because I don't see a "local" office.
When there is a failure in something, it is difficult to know the reason.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like many IT administrators, I have to manage endpoints in several locations remotely. It isn't easy to have real-time status, apply settings, and manage patch installation, especially for remote workers and teleworking.
This product helps me solve those inconveniences and lets me do more than basic administration.

Good computer management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We used it to patch all our computers with Microsoft and 3rd party updates. Easy to setup infrastructure with a secure middle server in the DMZ reachable by computers outside of the network. Remote access to assist users is quite good. Automation of pathing works well for the most part. Inventory of systems and software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Computers that missed the assigned patch day will not patch unless they check-in on the assigned day. Difficulties in deploying Java updates as majority fails. Technical support ended telling us to work with Java support instead. No granularality in notification for computers deleted or has not checked in for a period. One email setting for all. Multiple versions of software reported on a single computer causes confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software inventory and control, allowing us to prohibit installation of certain applications. Remote access/control for support works well which allows us to assist users anywhere and from anywhere. GUI interface is easy to navigate which makes management and use of the tool a liking.
