It's easy to install and use this software. There are many features that administrators can use and it's not complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have a SIEM integration so, we need to check audit logs inside the software. Additionally, a compliance option that checks endpoints configuration and remediation abilities would be nice to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to patch and configurations management. Also, remote connection feature helps us to solve issues on client machines. OS deployment and MDM modules are also a great plus.

The reporting features are not as robust as I would like them to be. There are a lot of different reports that you can generate, but they are not always very detailed or informative.

Useful but no perfect
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to centrally manage all of our workstations and server, chat with end users, remotely access endpoints, and run inventory reports. I also like being able to manage updates for the OS and many other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not everything works well. Still struggling with MDM enrollment on Windows 10 and 11 machines. Also not a fan of support. I appreciate chat support, but when we have an issue, the typical response is to request server or endpoint logs. Then we have to wait forever for a response. Many times the response has been to send a new set of logs. That gets very annoying. There have been a few times where I was able to get actual remote support, but getting that type of support is very difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our primary need is remote management, and Endpoint Central has been working well for that. We have been customers for 6 years now. Performance is good, and overall, the system is very reliable.
Amazing Product

What do you dislike about the product?
Agent can often fail to reinstall itself after it tries to update, this may be an issue with our group policy but the agent is supposed to not try and reinstall itself if it is already up to date but sometimes it does.
Configurations can get stuck waiting if another is in use and it can be hard to track the issue down in another configuration.

The ease of use and management down to the individual end device. The prices are affordable for a small/midsize business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I often to manually install or remove the agents from the end devices. There is an automatic deployment and removal but does not work much of the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It alerts me when a system needs patching, and with a few clicks, I can deploy patches to one device or many devices.
Endpoint central is an amazing desktop management system with a ton of features.
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Endpoint central for 10 years now and it's been a great way to manage our desktops and servers. This one piece of software can handle the vast majority of Helpdesk tasks that happen on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. The wide variety of addons and build in tools mean that you can manage the lifecycle on devices from beginning to end easily.
It also integrates with a lot of other manageengine tools to make a really cohesive tool.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's built on java in the back end, so sometimes the interface can be a little slow to respond. The server update process can be a little cumbersom as there is a separate app that is used to perform the updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have 300 or so endpoints that we need to manage all over the state. Endpoint Central is pretty easily scalable and allows us to perform all of the remote management and updating that we do easily and performs well whether on-site, across vpn and through the WAN. We do patch management, OS deployment, MDM, software deployment, remote desktop support and a lot of other tasks through this one tool.
