Excellent product for implementation and patching.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to either automate or manually patch PCs and servers. The OS Deployment has been a game changer and reduced uptime significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a couple of instances when patches were fully implemented and Endpoint Central reported it as still in progress. For the most part we are pleased with Endpoint Central.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS image deployment and ease of patch management has been made much more simple.
Seamless Endpoint Management
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central can be an organization's primary resource for monitoring and patching devices, distributing software, and deploying images. Having all of these options in one, easy-to-use dashboard simplifies endpoint management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are always new features available in Endpoint Central. I look forward to seeing a more robust Self Service Portal interface for end users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central has eliminated most of our hands-on work when critical patches and software updates were needed.
Endpoint central is a nice software solution for patch management and CMDB, among other things
What do you like best about the product?
Patch Management and remote control of the devices are great.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far found little that does not work well, maybe some updates which are not ready for the devices because they have already been rolled out. Sometimes it is difficult to find out why updates or, for example, an agent cannot be installed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily reports are generated without too much effort. Patch management is well maintained. Also tested with vuln management, that looks really great. We do not purchase this because we also use Defender for this. We can take over any device that works really well. We also often use remote scripting via Endpoint central for specific devices.

[Update after 9 months- 5/10] Endpoint Central is a comprehensive solution worth taking a look at
What do you like best about the product?
Update after 9 months of using Endpoint Central Cloud: it is ok at some features but multi-OS features leave a lot to be desired. macOS features are not useful, linux support is basically nonexistent and if you don't have Active Directory everything is harder to manage. Very windows centric.
Remote access tools seemed to work alright. Windows patching (os and application) seemed to work alright.
Use the free version if you can. We will not renew our subscription but plan to use the free version that covers 25 computers.
Robust software with many features - Endpoint Central is designed to help IT with many different types of computers and devices and is very good at documentation of help and configuration allowing me to understand what the features are and how they work.

What do you dislike about the product?
Update after 9 months: MacOS and Linux features woefully underdeveloped.
I appreciate they send me free software to try but I don't have Active Directory, meaning I can't use some features.
Very Windows centred, which is not a bad thing just not able to take full advantage of the software features because they're not available for MacOS or Linux - not to say there are not any features, because what I do see for Mac and Linux is very helpful.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to have remote access and configuration of devices across the spectrum of operating systems- Windows, MacOS, and Linux Ubuntu. Want to streamline some configuration and allow for easy remote management.
Effective, informative and reliable with a touch of update headache.
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see devices on the network, push patches, remote access and control software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Processing updates can sometimes be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to maintain NIST and CMMC compliance so being able to view the health of our network as well as pushing patches to endpoints is vital.
EndPoint Central - great value overall
What do you like best about the product?
The patching, inventory, and remote controls are very easy to learn and use. It is very nice to have these tools all in one central portal. The 3rd party patch catalog is kept up to date very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get a bit odd at times; for example - once in a rare while the patch scanning process for clients doesn't update the main console as it should. When this happens, I manually execute a patch scan on each client, which seems to solve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patching user endpoints in a timely manner. This tool is much easier to learn and use versus SCCM. The cost for the product really gets you a lot for the money.
