ADDONs like DLP are not fully functioning well which don't deliver the full expectation and standards as expected from high-end software and only support outlook
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Path Management has helped us to protect our data, optimize system functionality, comply with regulations, and mitigate risks associated with outdated software.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using ManageEngine Endpoint Central for nearly a year now, and although it has some great features, there are still some aspects of it that I’m not too fond of. One of the main things I dislike about this application is its lack of customization options. It has a very basic user interface that can’t be changed in any way, making life difficult when trying to get used to the layout. Also, the software requires numerous updates and bug fixes which can take up a lot of time and cause even more confusion while trying to figure out how to use the program correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central solves many problems and benefits me as an IT professional and administrator. The tool allows me to effectively manage endpoints from a single centralized location, greatly enhancing my ability to promptly address system changes and threats.
Endpoint Central offers comprehensive solutions that simplify my role. It enables me to efficiently deploy applications and patches, ensuring that the latest software updates are seamlessly distributed across multiple systems. This automated patch deployment capability saves time and reduces the need for labor-intensive manual processes.
Another significant advantage of using Endpoint Central is its asset tracking feature. This feature allows me to effortlessly monitor and manage hardware assets and licensing information without physically visiting each device. Endpoint Central simplifies the task of tracking and maintaining accurate records by providing a centralized view of the hardware inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
Patch Management and Software deployement module
What do you dislike about the product?
OS Deployment module is not working as requirement
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not able to OS deployment
Manage Engine is great for our smaller enterprise needs!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great system with tons of gems in it, from WOL to OS deployment to system patching and then some...and then some... it's a great tool. With our users working from home these days we thrive on the ability to administer things remotely (and out of sight). Also, deploying patches via the self-service portal is fantastic!
What do you dislike about the product?
The GUI is a bit clunky and having video tutorials (video tutorials that are more recent than the ones I have found, anyway) would be a godsend. I spent a good amount of time figuring out OS deployment where a video would have saved a ton of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of the missing updates/patches on every machine, which we just cannot do manually as it would waste too much time on both sides. With the machines going to a datacenter being able to patch, clone, image, etc is huge.
Great remote control tool with lots of additional add-on features
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use. The interface is intuitive and it allows a quick and easy computer search from the main screen. They continue to add new features including patch management for various operating systems, OS deployment, USB control, DLP control, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor cosmetic issues. If the user is controlling the mouse, you cannot see it moving in the remote window. Some pop-up messages only display on the user's machine and not in the remote window, but that can be a limitation of Windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management is a nightmare. ManageEngine makes it much more manageable with its centralized control of not only Windows patches but also support for many third party products. Some of their additional features have replaced other products, giving us a single pane of glass to view and manage our endpoints.
Very useful tool
What do you like best about the product?
My organization started using ManageEngine Products since 2019 and it has never been the same. We now have an overall picture of our environment with Desktop Central, Data Security Plus, Service Desktop Plus. Looking forward for other tools ManageEngine has to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should have a record of all removed stations from the Inventory. We are using Endpoint Central as the inventory tool and that would be a welcome feature. And the history of the Computer Inventory, such as renames, movement o other domains, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Doing patch management using Endpoint Central is now a breeze. As administrator, I can now accurately monitor the status of all the stations and servers in our corporate environment.
ManageEngine Endpoint Central has all its functionality cetralized which makes easier to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
I am currently using Manage Engine Endpoint Central to manage patch deployment, operating system deployment, and BitLocker management. The system is easy to install and configure and the knowledge base has all the required information in order to successfully configure Manage Engine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some and not all remarks are clear, especially on failed deployments. It will be much better if the remarks can be detailed it will make it easier for engineers to troubleshoot and find faults.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The deployment of Software vulnerabilities and Missing Patches is very beneficial to our organization to keep our systems compliant and secure at all times. The deployment of the Operating System is made easy, just capture the different Windows OS versions, Customise the Image, defined the applications that you want to install during the deployment, and join the workstations to the domain. The process is made easy and it is straightforward.
ME - EC is amaging tool, meeting all the requirement.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the patches can not be un installed from ME - EC Tool.

ManageEngine helps us manage and protect our devices in many different locations.
What do you like best about the product?
The part that I like best about ManageEngine is that it can achieve many different tasks. Software Deployment, MDM, Patch Management. It will save us a lot of time and headache.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface can be confusing when you first start using the product. Because it does so much, it can also be hard to find where you would go in the user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage our devices, both computers and mobile devices, in many different locations. We can deploy software at the click of a button, whereas previously, we would have to contact the user to coordinate with them the best time to install the software. We'd then have to connect up and do the installation manually. It helps us deploy security patching to ensure that our systems are up to date. We also use it for mobile device management. We have many devices in many locations, and it can become tough to keep track of them and properly manage them. The best part is that we can do this in one user management interface.
