What do you like best about the product?
broad spectrum of management of platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is confussing on where to go to get things done. Maintaining software in the system is frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it makes it a little easier to manage the phones laptops

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, good graphical interphase, accurate data, connects really well with active directory, ease to rolllout softwares in their self service portal. its really good tool
What do you dislike about the product?
rollout of applications and uninstall not always work well, need to know the uninstall switches. it was a hassle to rollout correct teams version. when installing client not always shows the application icon on the tray even tho its running in the background.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset ( hardware\software) inventory and application rollout, patch management and mobile device management. and verify and block unwanted installed applications on devices.

What do you like best about the product?
Good software for endpoint management. Good in patch management and also to to keep inventory record properly along with software updates, system updates and other required updates aswell.
What do you dislike about the product?
The have still to work on some features like specific application blocking, and specific user accesscontrols. for example if I want to block user from executing some perticual softwares and allow others, it is still not there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solved is that I can manage all the devices of my organization single handedly and can track them , track their performance, inventory, can update patches, and the best part is they don't have to be in the smae network

A Great tool for the IT Department

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features with EndpointCentral that make IT Management easier especially when there is a limited amount of manpower to do all of the work that is required of IT
What do you dislike about the product?
At times it can be a little overwhelming what can be done, and some areas after they are installed on the clients do not like to come out if there is a change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making sure systems are up to date with patching and allowing for the resolution of problems as they come about from a central spot, especially when working in a larger plant, as well as assisting people that are not in the exact same geological location.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central is Amazing

What do you like best about the product?
Our organization is using Desktop Central to manage all of our devices including devices with Windows and Mac OS, Android and iOS devices from a single Device. Desktop Central has allowed us to give the Power of controlling all the devices to a Single Central Device which can be operated by Senior IT managers. We can manage Software installation, patching and deployment with ease. We can also monitor who is using what device and when, means we can easily monitor our devices using Desktop Central.

All-in-one centralised system is more comfortable for our organization including the features of remote access support, ITAM, MDM, Endpoint Security, Geo Tracking, Patch Management and Software Deployment. That was amazing with all in one system! Easy management and configuration. I never get headache on choosing individual solution with different brand products.

The pricing perfectly fits our need, also we can get Quote to best explain our requirements and get an even perfect subscription from them. They also provide a 30 day trial to effectively understand and evaluate the complete product.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface and language of the site is somewhat confusing and not intuitive. They have a log guides that help. Just not as intuitive as I had hoped.

Overall it is a good product and accomplishes our purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we have to upgrade our infrasturcture management, ManageEngine UEM Cloud matched most of our needs such as remote access support, endpoint security, IT assets management, MDM, device's geo tracking, reporting, auditing and patch management. Very easy to manage our organization in one platform. And also we don't need to have an on-premises server. All cloud management service is the best for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one. It is really helpful when managing all the inventories, also there are many features that can help the system admin to implement certain controls to the managed computers/workstations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it might have some technical issue with the ManageEngine component such as the agent and etc, however the support is very helpful, will definitely get helps from the support when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe most of the company faced this issue which is to manage vast amount of endpoints, we must always monitor and check the status of all the endpoints, moreover users are work from home, hence manage endpoints remotely is very important. ManageEngine really help out during this critical season, and enable the system admin to monitor and manage endpoints remotely.

Game Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
The initial reason we looked into MangeEngine Endpoint Central was for the patch management and OS deployment. This was a struggle for our small IT team with a public school district but then we also discovered it had much much more to offer. Software deployment, MDM service and it does more than just Windows devices. We are now able to manage Windows, Mac, Linux, iOS, android/Chrome devices all. This has been an amazing asset for our team. And we also have discovered the Self Service Portal which is amazingly helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hardest part of using this platform for us was the inital setup and learining how much it is capable of and how many diffferent ways you can perform different tasks. I would say that some parts of the UI could be updated and made a little simplier but other than that it is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a public school district with limited funds and staff so it seemed like we were always fighting a loosing battle with Windows Updates and third party patch management. Since implementing MangeEngine Endpoint Central we have been able to keep Windows updates and third party patch management running more smoothly and seamless than ever before. We also discovered the ease of pushing out software to our managed devices which has greatly reduced time spent on chasing down teachers and staff to install new software .

What do you like best about the product?
Smooth proces for patching servers, Patch scan, Bulk Servers reboots and remote toolsare are awesome in Endpoint Central. Creating a group of serversin any type is also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting tool which we required are not availbale in Endpoint Central. We have raised mutilple on-deemand tool requirement throgh raising Support tickets. Few are below.
1. Servers added or removed from Endpoint Central must be trackable.
2. Techinican can be modify the static unique group.
3. Patch stuck shuold be auto troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support of Endpoint central is not very good, its take around a week or more than a week to fix the basic issue. If there is some techinical issue then remote supprt is not easy.
