Poor
What do you like best about the product?
That I can download the list of available patches.

Poor information about why a patch failed. It is also not helpful with fixing a failed patch.

Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
Its everything in one - remote control, patching, software deployment, OS deployment - all easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
While almost every need is anticipated in preprogramming, there isn't an opportunity for customizaton in all areas
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Pilot for Asset Management
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive tool, easy configuration, and requires minimal hours of training, the support and support material is very instructive without the need for a lengthy implementation process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not identify any relevant points that would prevent the implementation or create difficulty in the tool, but the lack of management over local users and permissions could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated Patch and Software Update, remote access, and asset management, these items have made day-to-day operations more productive with a single tool providing an overall view.
Technically, it works.
What do you like best about the product?
On the plus side, it is fairly feature-complete and well integrated. Presence of the product is evidence of detached, uninvolved management suffering short attention span issues.
It is moderately good as a remote access platform.
It is moderately good as a remote access platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support and training staff range from rude to unintelligble.
The software itself is a master study in extremely bad UI/UX
The software is painfully klunky to use.
It is terminally confusing to about 30% of the end-users filing tickets.
Counterintuitive messaging integrated with email: just because it's in the thread doesn't mean anyone involved recieves it.
It's cloudware, so any time there's a problem between here and wherever ME is hosted, you _and your end users_ are locked out of being able to manage your work.
HIghly suggest you look into alternatives: Redmine, GLPI, Ralph before making the ManageEngine mistake.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was supposed to be an improvement on spyceworks, which, in some respects it is.
Benefit? It's moderately more organized / simpler than using VNC client of your choice and maintaining an IP to EP list.
Is that worth thousands of dollars a year? Not so much, no.

Efficient and easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it allows us to manage over 1000 devices in a simple and efficient manner. Our system admin has created a deployment script that runs beautifully alongside Endpoint Central.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do think the support can be improved a little as often times we end up resolving our own issues much before support even begins to provide any insight. I do understand that this system is quite complex though and it can be hard to have an individual agent know how to support it in it's entirety. Additionally, sometimes our deployment server will go down and we are not notified until deployments begin to fail. It would be nice to have some type of notification that lets us know.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to have a centralized inventory management system that allows us to keep track of our systems easily. It also allows us to deploy our software to each company device with speed and finesse. This has saved us a lot of time as we no longer have to manually install applications and systems and we can now rely on a deployment script.
Very nice and easy user interface
What do you like best about the product?
Easy user interface is very easy to navigate, features are very extensive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everything is as expected and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us in managing all the computers, patches and security configurations. It is also helpful in deploying and removing applications over the network as and when required.
IT Services and Operation Managers
What do you like best about the product?
İt is a unified endpoint management solution. You can manage your endpoints from zero to top via one console. it means you had everything to manage and secure your endpoints. Also with the Security edition, you will have an amazing security suit.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a technician, you have to be able to track changes on endpoints via configurations. But it is not available right now. it looks like a minor development feature. sometimes you have convince a manufacturer to to develop this kind of minor feature. it is really to hard. i tested
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test & Approve patch management is regulated by BRSA. it is a very strict regulation for the financial corps.
Application control is very useful for non-local admin users

Great Product
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily manage my computer inventory, push patches and remote control for support. I also find it easier to map drives, push printers, etc. than using GP. I have used many desktop tools and this one beats them all. I have used other desktop management tools in the past, but this one far exceeds the others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have no reasons to dislike this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to use than Group Policy
