Patch deployment function, devices report and also remote desktop function

sometime can't Wake up computer, and not sure the patch deployment status instantly

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is the centralized control it provides for patching, software deployment, and endpoint monitoring—all from a single console. It’s reliable and straightforward to manage, and it saves a significant amount of time in day-to-day IT operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI can feel cluttered at times, and some of the more advanced features come with a steep learning curve. Performance can also slow down in larger environments, particularly during heavy patch deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central addresses the challenge of managing, patching, and securing multiple endpoints from a single platform. It helps improve compliance, reduces manual effort, and supports maintaining overall system stability and security.
Comprehensive Control with ManageEngine Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
I like the application control feature in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. It helps to prevent unauthorized apps and restrict them. The ability to define control rules saves time and improves overall visibility into applications running in the environment. I also find it feasible for both audit and strict mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my view, I think there's a need to improve in agent communications. Regular checks of registry keys could be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for application control, patch management, remote troubleshooting, asset tracking, and software deployment, solving problems related to manual patching, decentralized device management, and delayed issue resolution.
Efficient Software Deployment with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like the software deployment feature in ManageEngine Endpoint Central, especially the auto-update feature. It means we no longer need to manually find newer versions and update the package ourselves.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs but enhancement needs to be planned. Prohibit software inventory does not support Dynamic Custom Group. We cannot integrate with ServiceDesk Cloud unless we have asset feature license. Support response delay due to timezone difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central addresses client connection issues and simplifies software deployment by providing an auto-update feature, eliminating the need for manual version updates.
Surprisingly Versatile Endpoint Management That Just Works
What do you like best about the product?
It is surprisingly very versatile. Being new to the platform, I was worried about ease of use for my team. Since implementing, I've barely had any questions or concerns! Device management is extremely simple. Once devices are managed by Endpoint Management; updates/patch management, deployments, remote access, silent management...all work flawlessly! My next steps are working with the package management and creating images/app packages to deploy. I have no doubt in my mind it will be just as easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I do not have any complaints! Having been in MSP worlds for years and using every other tool out there, I can't seem to find an issue with this one!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multitasking by way of accessing devices remotely. I can be considerably more efficient using ME instead of walking to a specific location.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the remote assistance and file transfer features in ManageEngine Endpoint Central. They make managing devices easier. I also appreciate how easily it gathers device details. The configuration feature is also a standout for me; there are many things it can do, but I haven't explored all of them yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the filter of the inventory. It could use more options and integrating AI would help to filter easily what I'm looking for. Also, the initial setup was rough at first.

Efficient Deployment, User-Friendly with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like ManageEngine Endpoint Central for its patch deployment, OS deployment, and software deployment features. The BitLocker management is very good, as well as the remote control tool, which is also very good for troubleshooting. I find the tool very useful for pushing patches and deploying OS without the need for an engineer within ten minutes. Software installations can be done silently when required. The BitLocker feature allows for encrypted policy management, and the remote control is a nice tool for resolving application issues that users face. Setting up ManageEngine Endpoint Central is also very easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the handling of zero-day vulnerabilities could be improved. Also, the task board and dashboard need enhancements, particularly for CI visibility.

I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central to resolve patching issues, pending software installations, and inventory scans. It facilitates software deployment, pilot deployment, and critical patching, ensuring our systems are up-to-date and secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is that the initial setup and configuration can be complex, especially for new users. The user interface can also feel cluttered when you’re managing a large number of endpoints, which makes it harder to find what you need quickly. In addition, some of the more advanced reporting and customization options could be more flexible and intuitive, so it’s easier to tailor the platform to specific needs.

High Patch Success Across Windows & Apple Devices with a Solid Test-Bed Process
What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint devices such as Windows laptops/desktops and Apple devices are patched with the appropriate updates, with a high success ratio. There is also a process to create a test-bed machine first, before rolling the updates out to live machines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interfaces has lots of clicks involved which can be reduced

Security patch of end points and server with having proper compliance achieved every month.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like ManageEngine Endpoint Central because it does what it says. The support is amazing and always able to help. The patch management feature is super valuable to me because it works both onsite and offsite, which ensures I can report on our progress. The setup was simple, and even though we had a few issues with agent install, support was there to assist and resolve any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few fiddly bits that can be challenging. We've had issues with agent install, but support helped resolve them.

I use ManageEngine Endpoint Central for remote monitoring of devices, onsite and offsite, while ensuring updates and patches are pushed out successfully. Its patch management is valuable for providing reports on our progress.
