ManageEngine Endpoint Central is very easy to use and straight forward
What do you like best about the product?
Interface is easy to navigate and easy to find what I am looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the menu can be moved around or customized the tool user always use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
imaging laptops and PC.
Easy management and remote access
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to connect with staff to remedy issues, being able to login through Azure makes it a breeze to quickly hop on. I use it every day and haven't had any issues with any of the features, very stable and easy implementation / integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take a few minutes for a computer to show back up as online if a user reboots it and for the agent to establish a connection again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of access and management.
Endpoint central makes the work easier by combining different aspects
What do you like best about the product?
the configuration management capabilities makes it more handy when we are getting into deploying multiple configurations for different requirements. The way we can see and understand what are the restrictions and relaxations applied on a machine makes it more easier to read how a machine is secured using the controls we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
i would like to see some improvements in dealing with registry configurations. I think it should be more user friendly. with perfect descriptions on fields or a link which can explain about the fields better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We handle patching and deploying endpoint security through endpoitn central. we are able to manage these activities in an efficient way.

Nothing to say all the options are very useful

Solving out standard and critical patches at one go to the endpoints

Easy to use and implement. This is a tool that I use everyday.

Certain features I would like available that are not there. Customer support could be better.

It's fast and easy to use. We have control over patches and software installed on endpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
The popup that forces you to write a review, it's quite annoying.

Great overall experience with EndPoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
The upside to ManageEngine Endpoint central is that it is very easy to track assets over time. I appreacite all the different features. It's also very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Endpoint Central is that it sometimes has difficulty updating and aligning with our Active Directory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central solves our problems surrounding asset management which has made it easy for us to maintain our assets.
So far a decent platform
What do you like best about the product?
For what we need (remote management of remote workers), it has worked well. The fact that there is so many things under one hood is a mainly a blessing, which covers all bases that we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
One tool we want to consolidate (remote control) is offered and works well, but if there is slow internet it tends to have trouble connecting. Also the "status" of machines is slower then say a Teamviewer where you see instantly if a machine is online or offline, but with Endpoint Central its more 30 seconds and page refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to keep remote computers up to date and to provide assistance when needed to a end user.
