What do you like best about the product?
All of the features we need in a single place. Easy to configure and learn with simple deployment options. Chat support is great at answering any questions you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of phone support can sometimes make dealing with more serious issues tedious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are moving over from several different products to do the same thing.

What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central stands out as a feature rich and cost sensitive solution for endpoint management and endpoint security needs. We value it for its simple and intuitive UI, excellent support and competitive pricing. It is a great choice for organizations looking for a single pane of glass endpoint management solution.

One of the standout features of ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its extensive range of capabilities. Few pieces of software will have as many features enabled and ready to use out of the box. We use it across multiple operating systems in our environment for software deployment, patch managmenet, monitoring endpoint security and asset inventory including certificates inventory. It's a simple yet effective platform that provides a holistic approach to IT endpiont management. The Endpoint Central (cloud version) dashboard offers a clear and intuitive interface, with functional areas separated into tabs, allowing technicians to easily navigate through the various functions. Training is available on demand and support has been excellent for the 10+ years that we've used ManageEngine products.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of grammar errors but that's part of the language / cultural gap. All this can be easily overlooked considering the rich feature set available to end users, coupled with the favorable pricing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central primarily solves enterprise endpoint management and patch managment for us. We are happy with the features as well as the excellent support and will be expanding our footprint for ManageEngine products as a result.

Best software product I've seen in a long time

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very intuitive, makes it very easy to navigate around, get to where I need to go. Many options, organized in a very clean format.

Also, deploying the agent.... I'm a very senior Windows/Microsoft engineer, with a fledgling/junior level of Linux experience. However, I've been deploying the M-E agent to all our Linux systems, and am very impressed with the ease of install of this agent onto Linux. Very easy.

I've not been in ManageEngine Endpoint Central console long enough to know every different option and utility within it, but at this point, am loving it! And would definitely refer friends to this application.

We are also implementing Software Deployment using this app, and so far am loving the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I've not found anything that I do not like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Patch management has been an issue for a while. ME is giving us much better control of patching our systems, keeping them up to date and secure. We also will be locking down what app's our users can install on their remote work VM's in the datacenter. We will ensure that every app is properly licensed, and deployed as needed, not by taking a shotgun approach.

This is a pretty powerful patching software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime there is a delay in updating the Distribution Server.

Automate the update process of password protected endpoints.

Single Pane of Glass look and feel

What do you like best about the product?
It is nice to have a tool that has a load of information in a single pane of glass. There are probbaly more options available than you know about. So, it takes some getting used to, but most of the data that you need is available at the palm of your hands.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are little things that annoy me, but I can't say this is becasue of the application; it is most likely due to our hardware/OSes in our environment. But, it is nevertheless a pain to have an agent not deploy, or deploy properly. Likewise with software, it may take some time to deploy - but again, this is most likely due to our environment, and not the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central is solving a major challenge of patching Microsoft patches, as well as 3rd party applications.
before, we had to patch the 3rd party apps manually.
So, this helps our vulnerability score to be better due to these patches being applied.

Amazing amount of functionality & Top Notch Support Team (when you need them).

What do you like best about the product?
The product provides an overwhelming amount of functionality. More then enough a MSP needs when providing Monitoring and (mobile) Device Management in in servicing their customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that could be improved is the reporting functionality. Although the product provides a bunch of pre-defined reports to use, it does lack some report functionality for a MSP to provide to their customers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I was facing as a MSP is growing number of customer endpoints I was managing manually. ME Endpoint Central provides all functionality I require to automate most of the processes and tasks I deliver to my customers.

ManageEngine Endpoint Central has made life easier

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Manage Engine is the fact that you have total control of all your devices in one place. I especially enjoy the fact that I am able to remote to these devices on demand when needed. Being able to test and deploy weekly patches and disallowing applications on the fly has been beneficial for our company. Ease of access is extemely easy. Ease of implementations and upgrades have been pretty straight forward. Customer support forum has been very helpful on figuring things out.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to say about disliking ManageEngine Endpoint Central. Some of the users might complain that it slows their pc down but I don't see that at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software has helped us solve many issues on setting up pcs for particular users.
