Great tool for IT Administration

Everything is centralized un one console

Personalize more the main dashboard with own widgets

Manage Vulnerabilities, and manage all IT Assets in our enviroment (Endpoint, servers and mobile)
Best Endpoint Management Software - ManageEngine Endpoint Central
What do you like best about the product?
We can manage all of our endpoints , settings from a one dashboard. Such as we can manage BitLocker , Remote Control and Configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price is higher. We need more discounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Third Party Patch Management , Remote Control , BitLocker Mangement are the problems we had. From Endpoint Central we can resolve those problems easily.

A wide range of capabilities for management, statistics tracking, security, and planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
The selection of features across different versions is not the most intuitive, with authentication being done through Zoho instead of direct access.

Track the number of corporate mobile devices, manage them, ensure security, and apply OS patches.
Well supported and always evolving system
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive and the support is fantastic! The set a gold standard in imaging, software deployment and patch management!

Software Licensing management. However, they have a good habbit of listening to customers and growing in areas needed.

The automation of software installation that works with active directory. There imaging is very simplistic and quick!
Upgraded from patch Manager Well worth it

The perfect tool but not very accessible!

A very comprehensive and granular solution that allows for the automation of a large number of patches regardless of the computer systems!

The number of features is such that it seems complex to navigate the interface at first... The price is excessively high!

It is very easy to use and centrally covers many security aspects that are important.

Overall I like it, but they could update the documentation more frequently. Absolutely nothing wrong with the functionality of the platform

In our company, we use Mac devices, and what I like most about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its ability to centrally manage devices worldwide. That feature alone makes it stand out for us.
We started with the trial edition of the product, and after thoroughly exploring each module, we realized it’s the perfect tool for our needs. The installation process on endpoint devices is incredibly simple—no sign-up required on any platform. You just download the file and install it quickly. That’s it! Once the agent is installed on the endpoint device, it immediately appears on the Endpoint Central portal, where it can be monitored effectively.
The ability to remotely manage devices spread across the globe is just amazing—I absolutely love it! Their customer support is also impressive. While exploring the configuration options, I faced some challenges, so I reached out to their chat support team, and my query was resolved quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
In this one month, I haven't found anything I dislike. Everything is perfect—no complaints at all.

I can remotely manage the all endpoint devices. I can manage them completely. Like creating new user for new joiner, removing the user while offboarding. restricts browser usage, etc.
Lots of features, slight learning curve
What do you like best about the product?
What's nice about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is it's an all-encompassing system that can be used for whatever you need it for. Connecting to remote PCs is probably #1. Also keeping computers in compliance with Windows updates, pushing software out, giving users a self-service software dashboard, even connecting via command prompt to run remote commands... there are too many features to list here. I also use it for MDM and it's great to manage computer systems and mobile devices all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the menus are not intuitive. Trust me, what you want to do is probably there, but it might not be in the menu you expect. That being said, I've always had my questions answered within 5 minutes using the online chat support.
