make my job so much easier and easy interface

nothing really - I would not change anyting

all endpoints are up to date with patching - deploying software etc....

support is superb, this endpoint manager is one the most user friendly for IT Support. this is a very intuitive application

i would say the new implementation of charging for different types of endpoints like a charge for servers, another for endpoints etc.

What do you like best about the product?
All in one utility. You can handle different type of issues and you can cover your needs with a single tool. In our caso, we had several tools to make different things. Manage Engine helped us.

I had problems to installing agent in our computers with the discovery.

Manage Engine helped us with tool unification. We were using several tools for different reasons and ME made us things easier

What do you dislike about the product?
🔹 macOS & Linux Support Could Be Better – It works great for Windows environments, but managing non-Windows devices requires some extra effort.
🔹 The UI Feels a Bit Outdated – While everything functions well, I’d love a more modern design.

If you're looking for a powerful, cost-effective, and reliable endpoint management solution, I can’t recommend ManageEngine Endpoint Central enough. It has simplified my workload, increased security across our network, and given me back valuable hours in my day.
