What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ManageEngine Endpoint Central is its all-in-one functionality—it lets me manage patching, software deployment, remote troubleshooting, asset inventory, and compliance from a single unified dashboard. The remote control and automation features are especially powerful, saving a lot of time for IT teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can be a bit outdated and complex, and some features like reporting and MDM aren’t as strong as competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Endpoint Central helps us manage patches, deploy software, and support remote users from one platform. It saves time, improves security, and reduces the need for manual IT tasks.
A very powerful yet very User-friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
We are implementing Endpoint central in our Organization and tbh, i am blown away by the capability of this solution. mind blowing part is, you get all the tools and solutions under 1 umbrella. best part is, it's user friendly dashboard and very easy to use all the platforms. you can customize/modify the solutions as per your needs which is not very easily accessible in other solution providers. just to give reference, I almost wasted my 1 month to find the root cause of a problem to fix 1 user configuration item through many other portals and still couldn't. once i deployed the same from Endpoint central, it worked like a charm. Very happy as of now.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we are implementing this solution so yet to find a con as it is working good as of now but yes issues can come up any time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of implementing the solutions which are very difficult to perform if done manually. Also, the customization as per our needs in these implementations. Patch management and Vuln. management is the core tool we are going to use in our org for now but of course tool is so good, it's highly unlikely that we don't take the leverage of other solution provided under 1 umbrella.

While functional, the interface can feel dated and cluttered with nested menus

What do you like best about the product?
Endpoint Central is a reliable, cost-effective and user-friendly solution. Great visibility into endpoint inventory, easy remote access with audit trails, simplified Patch Management, Centralized Software Deployment and much more. It's ideal for all sizes of organizations.

Nothing Much other than few customizations on Branding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visibility of Endpoint devices and its inventory (both hardware and software) was challenging. Patch management, Remote access, Centralized software deployment was some of the addon challanges that we had and Endpoint Central simplified it.

It provides a unified platform to manage all endpoints—desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices. The automated patching and remote troubleshooting features, including screen blackout and file transfer, are particularly effective. Automation and reporting tools also help streamline daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial configuration can be tricky, especially in environments with remote offices. Some parts of the interface could be more modern, and the MDM section might benefit from improved usability. Performance can occasionally dip with large-scale deployments.

Versatile management system
What do you like best about the product?
ManageEngine Endpoint Central covers most of the requirements for managing computers and mobile devices. They have a deep set of features that are fairly easy to use and configure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately the product shows signs of rapid growth - primarily evident in an often confusing interface. Features and commands not logically presented and require many different clicks through different pages to access them.

Versatility of the tool is great. From scheduled updates, Restarts, shutdowns to compliance scans.

Some updates does not download automatically.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to be honest, there are something that can be optimised but all of the suggestions are already in the pipeline.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now manage patching, software deployment, and asset inventory from a single dashboard—remotely and at scale. It has drastically reduced the time we spend on manual updates and troubleshooting. Automated alerts, compliance reports, and remote access features mean fewer disruptions for end-users and faster incident resolution. Most importantly, it gives us full control and visibility over every endpoint across multiple sites, which is essential in a secure banking environment.
Very capable software with fast and precise support

Time response of the support. Capability of remote control endpoints.

It could be chaotic to find what you need.
