Hubspot the HOLY GRAIL
What do you like best about the product?
I love the social media features and how easily is to keep everything I need on one platform - landing pages, emails, contact list, etc. HubSpot is a one stop shop for all things marketing and integrates with so many other components.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't send a contact list a "one to one" email from our sales team, or no way to email multiple people from the sales side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email, Automation, Nurturing, Social Media, Marketing Calendar, Website Bot, Marketing Reports, Landing pages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make the time to do the training and courses they have! It's SO helpful!
HubSpot Helps Me Target Sales My Efforts unlike Any Other Tool I have Used
What do you like best about the product?
The level of insight that HubSpot provides in terms of Prospect engagement levels and areas of interest is amazing. I have thousands of Prospects, and I can target my sales efforts according to their interests, as assessed by website views, downloaded content, webinar registrations, specific emails opened. I also love that I can schedule emails to go out at HubSpot assessed "Best Time to Send", or for first thing in the morning.Seeing the email open rates is very satisfying - and if it's an important email about a contract, I can place a call right away, knowing the person is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I miss the feature where I could see where an email was opened. This helped me to determine of it was a co-worker or a Prospect or Customer opening a group email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to target products with specific campaigns based on subject areas or interest, by seeing their activity. I have also been able to engage customers that have never engaged in mass email campaigns, with personal emails - because I can see that they need a more personal approach by their lack of engagement.
Great software with few hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease I can create emails and post to multiple social accounts. My company uses the software to manage our social media, create blogs as well as communicate with our members and prospects from our 17 clubs we have across Southern California
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't autopost videos. I had to purchase a separate software to do so and will eventually phase all social posting to this site. It would be amazing if they had the ability to autopost videos or tag individuals in pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving blog distribution problems. Being able to link my LinkedIN account and post blogs there is great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure the software has EVERYTHING you need before buying. If not see what other programs can help fill the gaps
Great product with many opportunities
What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot on a day-to-day basis as a marketer, and I can't say enough wonderful things about it. There are so many features I love. It makes email nurturing effortless, all the integrations are incredible, and the dashboards are helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the software isn't super intuitive, and I find myself asking for help or searching for answers pretty often. Sometimes trying to find the information you need can be tricky (speaking from experience with contacts, lists, and workflow filtering). The workflow builder is great, but it would be more incredible with a drag and drop or node cloning feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes emails, forms, conversion tracking really easy, and the integrations with all our other tools is wonderful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're trying to run your business using one software (marketing, sales, support...), definitely consider HubSpot. Even if you're hoping to use other tools as well, the integrations are great, and there are many opportunities. Just make sure you do your research and utilize the help docs for support.
Amazing Marketing Automation Software with Very Few Downsides
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of HubSpot is the ability to create and edit my own landing pages. I can modify code and change things up as I see fit, then create campaigns related to the social and emails that all can pull their metrics together.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate the fact that HubSpot occasionally has errors it can't simulate in iOS and Android tests while previewing emails. This drives me up the wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using HubSpot to find, capture, and nurture leads in an environment that is increasingly being automated. HubSpot allows us to keep pace while using highly customizable marketing materials, unlike many of its competitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect when you don't have easy access to a full, local webdev team.
A great tool for marketing automation
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of the ability to automate pieces of our onboarding process through the use of workflows and automated emails, especially the performance reporting directly embedded in the tool that let's us optimize the workflows to best engage our customers.
I really enjoy the new Drag and Drop email editor which makes creating new email templates super easy and requires no coding. Things that would have broken my emails before are easily fixed and the emails look great!

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a growing tool, with lots of new features coming out which is great, but a lot of the features are not fully baked when they come out. This leads us to often run into roadblocks of "oh, you can't do that with this specific tool". We then have to do some creative thinking around how to accomplish what we need, lengthening the process and usually making it less automated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We turned our entire onboarding process for new partners into a multi-part workflow, which has allowed our team to move on to other pieces of their sales cycle and let's partners go through the process on their own terms, but also let's us remind them about what they need to do to become a partner. This has sped up our onboarding process significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Explore the connected apps, as there are a lot of ways you can get around the small bugs by using other applications. Not great, but still a way to make the most of the product.
HubSpot has transformed the way we do business
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot is a one stop shop for small businesses. We do everything using this software from attracting leads with our blog and social scheduling to creating and tracking contacts through lead generation and the deals tools, and nurturing our customers with automated workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when I come across something that I would like to be changed with HubSpit however I can not think of anything that would seriously deter me from using this software. It has truly helped our business and is very straightforward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better communicating with our customers about their status updates and tracking them to completion. We are no longer losing customers in the process. We have realized that by using a marketing and sales platform that are integrated, we are able to seamless communicate with patients and to understand where they are in the process.
HubSpot helps me get my job done easier and more efficient and effectively.
What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot helps me shorten the time it would take to create emails, market to my audience and create landing pages. If I have questions, their customer service is great at contacting me quickly to provide the help that's needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes pages on HubSpot have issues or won't load for some reason, but it's usually fixed within the hour if this does happen.

HubSpot helps what would normally be time consuming parts of my job get done a lot faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency of Hubspot email. They are easy to clone, automate and quickly send. They are also easy to edit with a team and multiple people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization of them... I wish it wasn't one huge list but that it was easier to divide up and find certain emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the efficiency and ease of writing and sending emails as a marketing team. We have realized the speed of producing a lot of emails is much faster than in the past therefore more revenue producing.

Hubspot is great for teams who need to see everything that is going on. It was built for all platforms to be integrated and make business more efficient!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize the experience for my clients and the emails look professional. I like how you can put in graphics and other neat things into emails to make them look very presentable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the HTML email formats are not easy to manipulate for my liking, for example moving some of the blocks in the already made templates messes up the whole email and at that point it becomes difficult to do anything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to reach my clients with good looking emails and create great marketing material that then entices my clients to reach out to us more and close more business.

Ability to create a meeting link that can be used to invite a group of people for one time slot.
